So only ever having bought the saver one.... is there any difference between this and the regular quarter pounder which is 3 times the price. Is it just bigger... ?

never usually go to Macdonalds unless I want to use the loo - but seeing them open at the weekend, fancied a chocolate milkshake.

Double cheeseburger is the one. Although, given a choice I’d get there for breakfast and have double sausage and egg McMuffin (without the egg)

I don't understand why anyone likes cheese in a burger.

This makes me so sad, I was recently diagnosed celiac and am grieving the loss of many things but a McDonald's cheeseburger is pretty high up there. Or the chicken selects which are awesome. Not sure i can even have the fries. Sob.

I've been lamenting the fact that they're not doing milkshakes yet ever since they reopened. A McD meal is not the same without a chocolate milkshake! And Byron has closed too so I can't get a (vastly superior) Byron milkshake 😭

Buy two double cheeseburgers.
Unwrap both burgers
remove bottom bun from both burgers
Put two burgers together.
Eat.
Dont get on the scales or have a BP test for 2 weeks

NB: Best done in the car as people will stare if you do it inside, I'm never sure if its in disgust or envy.

I hate McDonalds food. It's all disgusting, sweet and covered in mayo. A few years ago we stopped at McDonald's on our way home from holiday. As I bit into a mc chicken sandwich, so much mayo went into my mouth and down my top I felt sick. I like honemade burgers made on the bqq though.

You can’t beat some chicken selects (sweet chilli dip and sour cream and chive dip plz) with a double chezza on the side! Only rarely have it but when I do it always hits the spot lol

I have a thing for the saver cheeseburgers. Like a pp, sometimes I'll have two! But we have them so rarely it feels okay.

I like the chicken snack wraps, the other wraps are too big for me. I don’t like any beef burgers the texture feels like someone else has already chewed it, yuk. I do like the mayo chicken burger or chicken selects though. And their apple pies are gorgeous.

If you want a freshly made burger you have to ask for a special order, like double cheeseburger but no gherkin or cheese or something, then they have to make one specially for you!
