So only ever having bought the saver one.... is there any difference between this and the regular quarter pounder which is 3 times the price. Is it just bigger... ?

I had forgotten all about Root Beer,my favourite is the big tasty but it's one of those specials the only put on every so often There,s a freezer stall on my local market that sell big packets of McDonald's frozen chicken nuggets .

Oh I just had a quarter pounder meal today. Best meal I've had in weeks 🤤🤤

Quarter pounders are just better than the saver cheeseburgers. They just are okay.

And yes to the big mac. If it didn't always fall apart in my hands, that would be my burger of choice.

I love how you can change your burgers now. I tend to go for a chicken sandwich with cheese and mustard along with the usual lettuce and mayo. It’s lush.

Although that big tasty sauce is special.

I really wish they’d bring back the mustard dip. I lived on that stuff through sixth form and then all of a sudden, it was discontinued

I always get a big Mac with extra sauce and pickles. Sweet Chili chicken wrap is my 2nd favourite. They used to have more choice in snack wraps, I used to like the garlic mayo one. And I miss the brownies they used to sell, they were so moist!

I wish they'd bring back the sundaes they used to do in the 90's. They were far superior to the McFlurry. A plastic cup of ice cream with either strawberry, chocolate or fudge sauce. The strawberry sauce actually had strawberry pieces in, it was lush!

Always go for the double cheeseburger as a minimum, the basic one wouldn’t fill up a mouse

Big Mac sauce was available to buy in little pots just before lockdown but it was a temporary promo, hopefully they will do them again! McChicken sandwich or nuggets dipped in Big Mac sauce was delicious

A reasonable chicken nugget choice is obviously 20

A cheeseburger, hamburger or Big Mac is made with a smaller patty - 10:1 meat. A quarter pounder is (obviously) 4:1 meat. The onion and buns are different, the quarter pounder bun has sesame seeds and is larger. There’s an extra slice of pickle and cheese on the quarter pounder too.
Love a McDonald’s, it’s the only food I missed in lockdown!

Fucking love McDonalds. My meal of choice is a Big Mac Meal OR Big Tasty with cheese and either chicken nuggets or chicken selects on the side with a selection of condiments. Oh and a full fat coke.

Sometimes I'll stop at the drive thru for a midday snack - cheeseburger, mayo chicken burger and small coke.

It hits the spot every time!!

In Canada you can get a lobster roll at McDonalds, it's lovely.

Has anyone mentioned the McRib? You get it as a special here in the U.K. occasionally but when I lived in Germany it was on the standard menu. Tasted much nicer there too.

No they are not!! They are put together to order but I have had soooo many cold burgers that I have had to ask to be replaced because they have been cooked and then left in the warming tray things for too long. Once I had to take it back three times.

The franchisee who owns all three of our local ones is nuts about waste and refuses to follow the rules on how long stuff can be kept, if I go then I go to the ones in the next town over.

I'm a quarterpounder girl. I had a theory back in first year uni', that I could tell who I'd bond with according to what their go-to mcburger was. It was surprisingly often correct. I love the chicken selects, with sweet and sour sauce. My girls will be so happy to hear the milkshakes are coming back!

The double cheeseburger is the only thing McD's sell that is worth the bother.
