To feel like the only woman left who doesn't shave her pubes? 😂

During a group WhatsApp with friends last night, conversation (somehow!) turned to pubes. It would seem I am the only one who doesn't shave the whole lot off. I've done it a couple of times in the past but it itched when growing back and I actually feel sexier with a bit of a muff! Does anyone else not shave these days or am I a vile ogre?

You’re not the only one.

It's not all or nothing. Some people just trim or tidy the sides or do a landing strip. Shaving pubes doesn't always mean all the hair off.

I don’t shave it all but I get rid of everything except the landing strip every so often. It feels cleaner to me personally but I don’t care what others do with their own public hair

I don't like the idea of nothing - it's just not me. I tidy them up every so often but nope, I'm pubed and proud.

I don't, I can't be bothered. I'm not particularly hairy though, unlike the rest of my body, so maybe if I had a wondrous bush I would neaten it up a bit.

I lumead mine 18 months ago so don't have anything there now, and limited regrowth that needs zapping once a month or so. The lumea is the best invention ever in my book!!

In my case its all better covered up. I have shaved the lot off once or twice in my life, but didn't like the feel of it.

The thought of shaving my bush makes me

I'm not a hairy person on the rest of my body but my pubes are a different story. They've started to grow in places I didn't know they could. I shave them all off nowadays because I don't know how to just tidy it up anymore. I want to try and brave a wax when it's back open but I'm embarrassed by how I look down there.

I have never discussed this (and don't feel the need) and I have no idea of the pubic hair status of any of my friends and family so I have no idea.

@Desmondo2016 sorry but what does lumead them mean? If it stops regrowth it sounds like something I'd like to try.

I wax mine quite regularly but I wouldn't shave down there. I imagine it would feel like a brillo pad most of the time.

Never shaved. But then I don't shave anything and haven't for decades, probably stopped when I was just out of my teens.

I used to shave when I was younger but now I just keep it very very short, basically almost shaven just without the regrowth. Just personal preference, really. DH has never expressed an opinion!

I think it looks SO weird on grown women to have it completely shaved off. Trimmed, tidied, whatever, fine. But completely bare? Ugh.
