Apologies for the link to the Sun but AIBU that this is just ridiculous? That poor child will probably statistically never know his dad.

I think when you are that rich, you have a team of private doctors, all of whom are bound by absolutely brutal confidentiality contracts.

wibblewobblejiggle · 03/04/2020 09:35

So because she could read she shouldn't find out that something she's done awful?

People can and should be told when they do something wrong.

Feelings and being sad don't mean shit.

SirChing · 03/04/2020 09:37

You know, say you are all right and she is with him purely for the cash. Who the fuck is crass and vicious enough to voice that on a public forum? Those of you who do sound like a baying Jeremy Kyle audience. Stay classy!

CheriLittlebottom · 03/04/2020 09:40

See this is the problem I have with 'be kind'. It actually means 'be silent'.

mochajoes · 03/04/2020 09:44

Why is everyone blaming the wife for marrying him? Criticise him for marrying someone so young!

wibblewobblejiggle · 03/04/2020 09:46

I blame both equally. They had no right to do this.

SylvanianFrenemies · 03/04/2020 09:48

I'm sure that Bernie would be able to strike up relationships with beautiful and talented women decades younger than him if he was living in sheltered housing on the state pension. His being a billionaire is just a happy coincidence.

He should be ashamed of himself. His daughter is old enough to be his current wife's mother! 🤢

SirChing · 03/04/2020 09:50

They had no right to do this Confused Except clearly they do.

SirChing · 03/04/2020 09:52

@CheriLittlebottom it's sad that you think that not being vicious and making unproven and potentially hurtful allegations means "be silent".

wibblewobblejiggle · 03/04/2020 09:52

No. A child isn't a right. They had the funds to make this possible.

They are still shameful.

Praiseyou · 03/04/2020 09:53

Wow, people are getting very het up about complete strangers.

SirChing · 03/04/2020 10:04

They are still shameful

Okaaaaaaaaay.........HmmConfused

SirChing · 03/04/2020 10:07

Nah, one of the rules of misogyny isn't it? Men aren't to be blamed if the woman can be blamed instead. Depressing as fuck on a site mostly populated by women, but there have always been handmaidens. There just seem to be a lot of them at the moment.

Brokenchair1 · 03/04/2020 10:10

Lots of children are left without fathers (and mothers) for various reasons but to have a child knowing it will probably not see its father after the age of 10 (if it is lucky) is wrong IMO. It is not about the money or nannies, it is about the emotional impact on the child. This child WILL lose its father at a very young age and they are going in to this knowing this fact.

KonTikki · 03/04/2020 10:14

It takes two to tango - fact !

CheriLittlebottom · 03/04/2020 10:15

Oh I am absolutely blaming him. I think he is disgusting for fucking a woman who was an embryo when he was in his 40s.

mogloveseggs · 03/04/2020 10:27

My dd died suddenly when I was young. He wasn't old. It was and is fucking awful.
I don't understand why you would intentionally put a child through this.

SirChing · 03/04/2020 10:28

Oh I am absolutely blaming him. I think he is disgusting for fucking a woman who was an embryo when he was in his 40s

I imagine that he feels suitably chastised and is devastated that you think he is disgusting Hmm

SirChing · 03/04/2020 10:35

Given the massive concern about the child growing up without a father, when are we starting the campaign to get the harvesting of semen, from dying men who wanted a child with their wife, banned?

Oh, we also need to campaign for it to be illegal for terminally ill men to father a child too. And anyone with a condition which would see them die in the next ten years.........Hmm

CheriLittlebottom · 03/04/2020 10:37

As I've already said, they aren't reading this!

So we're not allowed to say anything in case its mean and it might upset someone, but at the same time I shouldn't say anything because they clearly don't give a shit what I think?

Make your mind up!

wibblewobblejiggle · 03/04/2020 10:45

I think all are wrong. When TTC the paramount concern should be the child.

I also think people who are TTC during this crisis are wrong.

SirChing · 03/04/2020 10:46

@CheriLittlebottom Nah, I said he was devastated didn't I? Proper sobbing and everything apparently. As he is boning his stunning wife.

SHE however, if she read the awful things written here about her motivations, may well be devastated. She is the one who has been blamed and vilified. He has just been subject to vile attacks on his appearance which MNHQ appear to have deleted. That isn't in the same league as implying his pregnant wife is a prostitute.

SirChing · 03/04/2020 10:48

As I've already said, they aren't reading this!

Sorry, I wasn't aware that you were with them at the moment.
