We use who gives a crap at work at they are perfectly fine. Nothing wrong with them, I use the same amount I always use.

VitCSoup · 12/03/2020 20:44

I've got 18 in the car and just ordered a 96 pack from a sustainable company. Not getting caught out (sorry, but not that sorry).
Beginning to wonder if 96 will be enough?

ThunderboltandLightning · 12/03/2020 20:48

We bought from Costco pre-firstBrexit deadline. Still working my way through that stash. Will need to re-stock soon...

PrincessHoneysuckle · 12/03/2020 20:54

Ordered a pack of 48 andrex last sunday from Amazon, they arrived today

TeaAndDarkToast · 12/03/2020 23:13

So it's BumTree?

rosiejaune · 13/03/2020 01:05

I wonder if there will be an increase in the number of people using family cloth instead.

missnevermind · 13/03/2020 01:16

Tried to do a Tesco online order yesterday but couldnd get any loo roll. Or Rice. Or paracetamol or ibuprofen. The noodles and pasta were rationed.
But it didn't matter in the end anyway as I couldn't even get a soddin delivery till Wednesday!!

mycorona · 13/03/2020 01:39

* https://uk.whogivesacrap.orgg/ still has some for home delivery 48 rolls for £36

They should have made their existing customers with a regular order their priority, I have a subscription which they now can't fulfil.

JeepersC · 13/03/2020 01:45

We now know what the British public holds dear.

Arse wipes.

Thepigeonsarecoming · 13/03/2020 01:47

Yet again Aldi here was fully stocked today, are people so snobbish in my area they would rather wipe their bums on leaves?

80sMum · 13/03/2020 02:00

I have IBS and find loo roll can be terribly harsh and scratchy if you're using it several times a day.
A couple of years ago I bought this

amazingly simple but well designed bidet bowl and it's been an absolute godsend! I so much prefer washing to using loo paper. It's gentler on the skin and gets you cleaner and fresher than just wiping.

grannyshark · 13/03/2020 02:10

Oh happy days, I use who gives a crap and they have marked their website as out of stock to ensure they have supplies for existing customers GrinGrinGrin

Same in store. There was some pasta being put out but lots of shelves were half empty. Very little flour, tinned fish, washing up liquid etc.

olbndansmummy · 13/03/2020 17:47

@BumpyNugget you made me spit my coffee out with the small fluffy dog bit!
I'm in the Midlands and we have rice pudding and soup in supermarkets. I'd be more than happy to stock you up.
Our asda shop was a joke, ordered brains faggots obviously out of stock, so received 2 single serving cottage pie ready meals. Gave me the bloody rage 😠

Moonshine90 · 13/03/2020 17:58

If it turns out we really are all doomed for, then I'm stocking up on vodka and wine. Seems to be plenty of those still on the shelves. Rather be surrounded by those than loo roll and antibac at the End anyway.

labazsisgoingmad · 13/03/2020 17:59

I really really dont understand why people are stock piling loo roll. has there been a medical report issued saying that it gives you chronic diarrhea? all i have heard is it gives you breathing difficulties obviously if that gets bad its a hospital job.
last night Tesco near us only had mega expensive organic baked beans i am used to the bargain basic ones so bit expensive.
they are also limiting cleaning products to three per customer.
so we are all going to shite our brains out in a dirty house and start eating posh baked beans prob not the best thing with the runs

Mesoavocado · 13/03/2020 18:02

Loads where I am (East Dunbartonshire) I am too scared to buy more than four rolls at a time though

WonderWoman36 · 13/03/2020 18:07

In many Muslim households you will find a watering can of sorts in the bathrooms... These are used to wash bottoms especially during wudhu (washing before prayers). Instead of the great loo roll panic or the sink as some have suggested, I highly recommend many people invest in this. It's, cleaner, more hygienic and honestly uses ALOT less loo roll... Just a suggestion... Plus it's alot cheaper than a bidet and takes up alot less room...

ohtheholidays · 13/03/2020 18:14

My DH tried our local lidl,Morrissons and The co op and they had no toilet roll at all so I suggested one of the local corner shops and thankfully they had plenty in.

There's 5 of us and I have ulcerative colitis(and I'm having a really bad relapse at the moment) so I need to know we have toilet roll in.

clarehhh · 13/03/2020 18:20

Try group on 60 for £15

Somanysocks · 13/03/2020 18:23

Sorry

But in my defence I've had these for months as these days use the flannel method a lot

grannyshark · 13/03/2020 18:27

You're certainly on a roll there Somanysocks - so much so that I think a user name change is in order Grin

Bloodless · 13/03/2020 18:35

I’m worried because I have some, as of yet, undiagnosed bowel condition 🤢 ...when it’s bad, it’s bad

SpamCat · 13/03/2020 18:38

There are 8 people in my house including my elderly mother and 5 kids and asda substituted our 12 pack of loo roll with 1 packet of newborn baby wipes! Confused
