What 'adult' thing have you never done?

I have reached the grand old age of 53 and have never booked a holiday abroad. I wouldn't even know where to start! and I fancy a holiday but don't know how to do it Holidays have always been in the UK, camping when the DC were young and caravanning for the last 12 years. My last foreign trip was when I was 19 and DM booked it. I just had to give her the money for it.

Taken out a mortgage (we bought outright)
Had a credit card.
Taken a car loan or payment plan.
I have no idea about any of those things, I can never join in conversations about them so I just stay quiet ( I’m aware I’m very lucky but it feels odd to not have the experience to talk about)

I've never taken the bins out.
I've never had a credit card or taken out a loan.
I've never thrown a dinner party.
I've never changed a nappy.
I've never gotten my driving license.
I've never had a full time job.

I'm 30 soon.

Been camping. It doesn't appeal in the least. Why would anyone consider having the scrap bugs out their tent and pissing in a bucket a good holiday/trip?
