For me it’s buckwheat crackers spread with plain yoghurt, wasabi + sprinkle of salt. It’s GENIUS.

I like cream crackers with brown sauce.

Ritz crackers spread with peanut butter and topped with thin slices of silverskin pickled onion.

Just lumps of cheese really, if I'm pushing the boat out I might roll it in a slice of ham

Oh I do like Melba toasts. Used to eat them with smoked mackerel pate.

A tortilla wrap...spread some hummus on it, stuff with a bird’s eye waffle, a fried egg and tomato ketchup.

Haven’t indulged in this since my student days. I promise.

Instead of tuna mayo... tuna mint sauce.. teaspoon of mint sauce in with tinned tuna, oh my god its heaven.
