I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.
Thanks Grin

My diet isn't great either tbh. I had a tiger roll and 3 link steak sausages for lunch and just ate chicken strips, chips and salad for dinner. Will probably have a Greek yogurt for a snack later x

I go through stages of being super healthy, going to the gym then binging for a few weeks.

Today started off well, museli with almond milk, date, ham cheese panini with a choc brownie out for dinner tonight somewhere.

usual day would be museli, veggie curry with rice or soup, veggie curry for dinner or chicken with potato.

I'm not eating brilliantly because I've been unwell and I can't really be bothered to prepare food.
Today I've had
breakfast - slice of toast and marmalade, cup of tea (I usually have muesli but was low on milk)
Lunch : Two wholemeal crackers with cheese, an apple and a yogurt.
Tea: - We had quorn roast yesterday, so today will be same again with the leftovers. And there is jelly and tinned fruit for pudding.

I'll likely have another apple in the evening and a couple of hot drinks.

I had a bowl of cauliflower cheese for lunch because it was the only thing I could find to microwave quickly when DD was crying.

Tonight we're having steak, creamed mushrooms, potatoes and salad.

Strong coffee and porridge made with whole milk and raisins.

Half a carton of Covent Garden butternut and carrot soup, plus a slice of cheese on toast, cup of tea, apple.

Couple of squares of Lindt milk chocolate.

Big wedge of homemade apple and blackberry cake and more coffee.

Dinner will be leftover beef and beetroot stew with rice.

Altogether too much caffeine for someone who’s breastfeeding - wonder if the baby’s lack of sleep has to do with my percolator habit!

I had scambled egg and pico de gallo on a wholewheat wrap for breakfast, some kind of chicken curry (tomato based sauce and HOT) with brown rice for lunch, and a square of 70% dark chocolate with an afternoon coffee. For dinner, I'll have a hot salmon salad. Oh, I also had about 75 million cups of tea today (Barry's obvs, because I'm Irish).

L-chicken gyros with chips and a twix. It did at least have a bit of salad. And a full fat coke

Today was scrambled egg, 5g of cheese, spring onion, ham and tomatoes. Lunch was porridge with natural yoghurt and water with lots of berries. Dinner was burger in a bowl with salad and chips.

This is all very boring but today I had some roast broccoli and red onion for lunch. I've just had vegetable chilli with a piece of garlic bread then a coffee and a small Bonne Maman caramel tart thingy. I might have a banana later while they're still partly green. I hate brown bananas. I also have a packet of strawberry laces that are calling my name.

I had:

Donut for breakfast
McDonald's for dinner
Chicken and chorizo for tea

I'm not usually that bad, the McDonald's isn't a typical lunch. I do need to eat better but always say "tomorrow".

I've had:
2 slices of toast with butter
1 pint of whole milk
1 banana
2 oranges
A large portion of chilli with rice
A lot of cups of teas!
I'm 36 weeks pregnant and cooking is not easy and I'm still suffering with vomiting so I eat what stays down.
