AIBU?
To ask what you have eaten today(or will eat )
Whereisthecoffee · 01/10/2018 17:25
I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.
Thanks
DaniC18 · 01/10/2018 17:30
My diet isn't great either tbh. I had a tiger roll and 3 link steak sausages for lunch and just ate chicken strips, chips and salad for dinner. Will probably have a Greek yogurt for a snack later x
Grumpbum123 · 01/10/2018 17:31
Today I’ve eaten 3 Jammie dodgers and a malteasers chocolate bar. Going to attempt some proper food for dinner

I go through stages of being super healthy, going to the gym then binging for a few weeks.
Today started off well, museli with almond milk, date, ham cheese panini with a choc brownie out for dinner tonight somewhere.
usual day would be museli, veggie curry with rice or soup, veggie curry for dinner or chicken with potato.
KurriKurri · 01/10/2018 17:37
I'm not eating brilliantly because I've been unwell and I can't really be bothered to prepare food.
Today I've had
breakfast - slice of toast and marmalade, cup of tea (I usually have muesli but was low on milk)
Lunch : Two wholemeal crackers with cheese, an apple and a yogurt.
Tea: - We had quorn roast yesterday, so today will be same again with the leftovers. And there is jelly and tinned fruit for pudding.
I'll likely have another apple in the evening and a couple of hot drinks.
littlepeas · 01/10/2018 17:37
B - peanut butter and banana on toast
S - Apple and feta cheese
L - lentil shepherds pie and peas
D - black bean chilli with sweet potato wedges
Several matcha lattes made with almond milk throughout the day too! Am veggie, if that wasn’t obvious!
wineandwhine · 01/10/2018 17:39
I had a bowl of cauliflower cheese for lunch because it was the only thing I could find to microwave quickly when DD was crying.
Tonight we're having steak, creamed mushrooms, potatoes and salad.
IHaveBrilloHair · 01/10/2018 17:40
Nothing yet.
Dinner is pasta with tomato, lentil and olive sauce.
I will probably have a yoghurt and an apple after.
Verbena87 · 01/10/2018 17:42
Strong coffee and porridge made with whole milk and raisins.
Half a carton of Covent Garden butternut and carrot soup, plus a slice of cheese on toast, cup of tea, apple.
Couple of squares of Lindt milk chocolate.
Big wedge of homemade apple and blackberry cake and more coffee.
Dinner will be leftover beef and beetroot stew with rice.
Altogether too much caffeine for someone who’s breastfeeding - wonder if the baby’s lack of sleep has to do with my percolator habit!
Pursefirst · 01/10/2018 17:43
I had scambled egg and pico de gallo on a wholewheat wrap for breakfast, some kind of chicken curry (tomato based sauce and HOT) with brown rice for lunch, and a square of 70% dark chocolate with an afternoon coffee. For dinner, I'll have a hot salmon salad. Oh, I also had about 75 million cups of tea today (Barry's obvs, because I'm Irish).
Davespecifico · 01/10/2018 17:44
Fry up at cafe for breakfast. A Victoria sponge cake for lunch and tonight I’m having steak, rocket, home made hummus and baguette.
Thisgirlcant · 01/10/2018 17:44
Breakfast; slice of brown toast with tomatoes.
Lunch : a satsuma
Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, salad and a grapefruit.
I've started that 'lose a stone in a week' diet today. I'm very hungry!
theunsure · 01/10/2018 17:45
Today is a bad day
B-cheesecake (leftover from yesterday) and BBQ hula hoops and some breakfast biscuits. These were grazed at, not in one go. Orange juice.
L-chicken gyros with chips and a twix. It did at least have a bit of salad. And a full fat coke
D-not sure yet, something small and healthy!
Groovee · 01/10/2018 17:45
I've been ill! And my antibiotics make sure I need to eat or else the sickness is horrendous.
Today was scrambled egg, 5g of cheese, spring onion, ham and tomatoes. Lunch was porridge with natural yoghurt and water with lots of berries. Dinner was burger in a bowl with salad and chips.
MsHopey · 01/10/2018 17:45
My day was backwards.
Breakfast: toad in the hole
Lunch: ham, tomato and salad cream sandwich
Dinner: wheatabix
Snacks: melon, Apple, carrot sticks and (unfortunately) Haribo strawberries.
9 weeks pregnant and trying to be healthier but still not always making the best choice.
WallabyWay · 01/10/2018 17:46
This is all very boring but today I had some roast broccoli and red onion for lunch. I've just had vegetable chilli with a piece of garlic bread then a coffee and a small Bonne Maman caramel tart thingy. I might have a banana later while they're still partly green. I hate brown bananas. I also have a packet of strawberry laces that are calling my name.
Funkyslippers · 01/10/2018 17:46
1 Shredded wheat with granola and strawberries for breakfast
A banana for snack
Massive salad with broad beans, lettuce, onion, sweetcorn etc etc and a crumpet for lunch plus pot of fruit
Chocolate muffin after work
Dinner will be stir fry and noodles plus some homemade pudding and cream for afters
I like my food lol
FiveNightsAtMummys · 01/10/2018 17:46
I had:
Donut for breakfast
McDonald's for dinner
Chicken and chorizo for tea
I'm not usually that bad, the McDonald's isn't a typical lunch. I do need to eat better but always say "tomorrow".

A large portion of chilli with rice
A lot of cups of teas!
