I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Breakfast - 1 small banana with 2 rice cakes with peanut butter

Snack - 1 orange and 1 pink lady

Lunch - 1/2 tub of M&S chicken and chorizo soup

Snack - 2 carrots
4 corn cakes with peanut butter

Dinner (will be) - prawn and egg omelette stir fry

I'm really trying to be good but the temptation of peanut butter and corn cakes is far too appealing.

I decided no crisps, cake, biscuits or chocolate for October, in the hope it will imporove my diet. So far today I’ve had:
Breakfast, overnight oats with red berries.
Lunch, scrambled egg and ham followed by a banana
Dinner/tea, slow cooked pulled pork with salad, wraps and fries.

Nothing for breakfast
Lunch 2 bacon rolls
3 viscount biscuits.
2 Maryland bags of cookies
5 cans of diet coca cola
And that's it.

No wonder I weight 14 stone.
However, it's a battle to eat anything half of the time .

B - 2 large cups of coffee
L - Trout fillet in a pitta with rocket, cherry tomatoes & tartare sauce
S - Going to probably just defrost some homemade chilli and have on a jacket potato with big salad... and Wine Wink

Breakfast: yoghurt with blueberries
Lunch: bacon and cheese mini baked omelettes, cherry tomatoes
Supper: leftover lamb and lentil curry, apple.

Snacks: some nuts.

Today has not been a good day... we've been out all day and i have pregnancy nausea so just eating what I fancy.
B- belvita
L- Greggs sausage roll
D- will be chow mein and chips from the chinese
S- smoothie and pom bears and a milkshake

Nothing for breakfast. Waitrose avocado and feta salad for lunch with a ski mousse and a bottle of diet orangina.

A couple of chocolate buttons and a packet of skinny popcorn.

Half a frozen jacket and a few spoonfuls of homemade bolognese with a sprinkling of cheese.

A 5cal jelly.

Coffee at about 7am and v small glass of orange juice (to wash down multivitamin)
Small bowl of minestrone soup and a slice of bread at 12.15pm.
2 satsumas and a Kallo dark chocolate rice cake at about 4pm
Will have soup and a small flat bread at about 8pm once DC in bed.

Lunch: 2 x wholemeal toast with jam

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese

Snacks: Dairy Milk Caramel & Cheese and onion crisps

I'm trying to lose weight so being careful with what I eat.

I never have breakfast. Power through to lunch fuelled by coffee. Lunch today was an omelette made with half an onion, huge handful of spinach, four slices of chorizo and 2 large eggs. Really tasty and filling.

Small cupcake with the kids when they came home from school.

Dinner was a small piece of frying steak, bag of salad, slop of reduiced fat caesar dressing, one slice of garlic bread.

And an Oreo.

Breakfast- shreddies with low fat milk
Lunch- wholemeal ham sandwich
Dinner- homemade beef curry, rice and oven chips

Cups of tea.

Just had a bar of Turkish delight.....

B - 2x scrambled egg, smoked salmon, half small avocado.

L - mixed salad with grilled chicken and a few drops hot sauce as dressing, handful of pistachios.

Snack was a handful of prawns.

Dinner was cucumber slices with crumbled Stilton and hot sauce.

I’m trying to do Keto... probably failing though 🙄

I had a latte for breakfast, a pasta salad with spinach, basil, Parmesan and pine nuts for lunch, and having veggie bolognese for tea. Not the best day ever, would usually have more fruit and veg!

Really trying to eat well so
B- porridge with Almond milk, with flax seeds and mayple syrup. 2 slices of tesco half and half bread toasted and tea with rice milk.
S: pear, plum, small Clementine.
L: Happy Pear creamy tomatoe something with wholemeal spaghetti.
S: Two slices of half and half bread with no butter and an apple.
T: toast and Jam and 2 bournbons with tea.

It's a lot of food but I am up since 6.30am.

I'm on an almost elimination diet, but it's not that different to my usual gluten free tbh. Today I've had:

Breakfast: porridge oats cooked with water then a little bit of lactose free milk stirred through and handful of berries on top

Snack: couple of squares premade flapjack

Lunch: gf bread with egg mayo, handful of cherry toms, slice of smoked salmon and some watercress. Dark choc orange rice cake bar.

Dinner: gammon steak, fried egg and pineapple. Dark choc hot choc

I'm only allowed a max of 2 fruits and 3 veg - but I was rarely achieving that anyway! Grin oh and lots of water

Bloody starving now, no idea what i’m eating tonight yet.

I should say I'm under a dietician for this diet... I certainly wouldn't choose it!

Left over croissant from Saturday, taken to early start at work. Critical faculties blunted by drive - delicious, if bendy.

Ham sandwich, orange.

DH cooking Thai beef stir fry - he appears to be talking to it. He’s a good cook but s l o w - I need food nowww

Breakfast: bagel with low fat cream cheese and a weak coffee (I'm pregnant)

Lunch: veg korma with rice and a small slice of naan (I get free lunches at work) and a second weak coffee

Snack: handful of pistachios

Dinner: spicy bean burgers with chips and a huge pile mixed veg (currently in the oven)

I may also have another snack later, maybe a couple of biscuits or some ice cream (my appetite is really high since I'm in the second trimester and I keep craving junk food! Not good!)

I've had......

Breakfast - bowl of Shreddies
Lunch - prawn mayo sandwich, olives, and a little tub of mango
Snacks - handful of granola, an apple and a Twirl
Dinner - probably fresh pasta and fresh tomato sauce with too much cheese Grin

All I really want is doughnuts Blush

B: homemade mango, raspberry & banana smoothie with mixed nuts
L: peanut butter & jam sandwich
D: veggie risotto

Snacks: too many Blush! A handful of crisps, a breadstick, loads of tea and coffee. I’m sure there’s more than that. Snacks are my problem at the moment.
