I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

I had boiled egg on toast at about 11am
Then at 5pm I made a chicken stir fry with rice.
I may treat myself to mint chocolate ice cream later.
Must add I'm trying to eat less, DH is 50 at the start of next year and I want to slim down. Started a month ago as at his 40th I was a size 8/10 and am now a 16/18 down to stress eating and depression. Want to get to a 12/14.

Breakfast: Tofu and seaweed salad (Japanese breakfast)
Lunch: Prawn and feta salad
Dinner: Griddled marinated chicken witb spicy salsa and chopped salad (middle eastern).

Breakfast - coffee, then Greek yogurt with flaxseed, peanut butter, blackberries and strawberries
Lunch - 3x egg muffins, carrot and cucumber sticks with humous.
Snack - protein bar and green tea
Dinner - meatballs, pasta and veg

L - a black coffee
D - 6 prawns and a chicken soup

I’m doing the 5:2 diet though and shouted at 3 people today 😬

Ham sandwich and a kitkat for lunch.
Roast lamb dinner for tea.
2 coffees.

B - bowl of fruit and fibre cereal & cup of tea.
L - homemade chicken Caesar salad wrap and a packet of Sunbites
S - time out bar & a latte
D - half an Aldi pizza, glass of beer & probably the last Mars ice cream for afters.

Tonight isn't a typical tea for me - more often have pasta with a homemade sauce, or a chicken traybake type thing.

I've had a bit of a poorly stomach today so mine is very boring.

Porridge at about 11 with milk.
Rice pudding
Cherry yoghurt
Crackers
Lots of tea

Starbucks latte
L - Leon halloumi wrap, kitkat,,
D - red pepper omelette, brocolli, rice, small slice garlic bread

Breakfast - bran flakes with milk. A cup of tea.
Lunch - cheese salad sandwich and bag of carrot batons. Lime water drink.
Snack - 2 oat and raisin biscuits. Another cup of tea.
Tea - haddock, potatoe smileys,garden peas, cooked carrot and green beans, 2 pickled eggs and lemon/herb rice.

Later I will likely have another bowl of cereal and a packet of crisps and another cup of tea, maybe a hot juice.

L - coffee, white with 2 sugars
S - tea, white with 2 sugars and a macdonalds toffee latte
D - naked pot noodle (the brand, not my attire whilst I ate Grin ) and a banana.

Tomato and lentil soup with 3 slices of wholemeal bread and butter.
Porridge, 1 banana
Half a packet of pombears
Pasta with cream cheese, broccoli and peas
1 slice of wholemeal toast and marmalade.

Ham/salad sandwich, a satsuma and a two finger kit kat for lunch

Got home at 6pm

Evening meal was 2 naice butchers sausages, mash, steamed cabbage, carrots, green beans and onion gravy with a glass of diet Lilt to drink
Just about to make more tea 😊😊

Breakfast- white roll with butter and homemade rasp jam
Lunch- mushroom soup and whole meal bread
Dinner- corn beef stovies with leeks and baked beans.

I eat loads at the moment (20 weeks pregnant and starving all the time!).

2 x slices of wholemeal toast and Lurpak
Cereal bar
Wholemeal egg mayo pitta bread, salad and cherry tomatoes, packet of walkers baked crisps, apple
Dairy milk (this was extra in fairness, stressful couple of days!)
Another packet of walkers baked
A hard boiled egg and a ryvita cracker
A piece of wholemeal toast and lurpak
2 x sausages and stuffed baked sweet potatoes
Yoghurt
3 x Oreo thins

Wow. Scary writing it all down.

Not great today, the cold weather had made me want comfort food... Greek yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, ham salad sandwich, a piece of soreen and an apple for lunch , a little bag of mini cheddars late afternoon and for dinner roasted duck leg, potato rosti, broccoli, carrot and swede mash and a delicious port jus all home made. I know, I know so carby and rich, I'm seven months pregnant so I'm eating what I like for a change! Might even have an ice lolly in a bit (M&S watermelon and dragon fruit 😋)

Just some weetabix at breakfast. Forgot lunch as was busy. Then didn't fancy what the others had for dinner. So now I'm so hungry (my fault) that I sent dp to the shop for some bread to have toast and a cake lol.
Wouldn't normally be like that but it's just been 'one of those days'

L: Piece of fish and an activa yogurt with 1/2 a banana, strawberries, blueberries and some almonds and walnuts.

D: 2 beef burgers cut up into a massive bowl of lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onion, cucumber and peppers and sprinkled with cheese.

Stir fry veg and chicken for lunch
Spag bol for dinner
Snacks - apple and aussie bite
Supper - nectarine, strawberries, grapes, quark and sultanas.

I had a horrible day at work and my stomach is in knots so not very hungry. I had a horrible ham and cheese pastry from the hot counter of the local supermarket ( I strongly suspect it was a reheat from yesterday) and a slice of leftover roast beef.

Dinner will be luscious beef and stout stew IF DH cooked it right
