I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Suffering from terrible all fucking day sicknessmorning sickness so I had a glass of orange juice and a rich tea. That didn’t stay down. Lunch was half a ham sandwich which again didn’t stay down and finally I just managed to eat some oven chips.

Breakfast - 4 corn thins with a scrape of vitalite and marmite
Lunch - 5 corn thins with a scrape of butter 4 sweet potato pakora and a tomato
Supper - carrot and coriander soup

Poached egg on toast for breakfast, a bag of Haribo for lunch (stress eater, don’t judge me!) and spag Bol for dinner. I love cooking but have been eating so badly lately, also need some inspo!

Lunch- tricolore salad (l/f mozzarella)
Dinner- dhal with veg
Snacks- apple, 2 oatcakes with almond butter

X2 cheese and tuna wraps
And about 16,000 cups of tea ...

I don't know what I will make for dinner ... probably pasta ... but I do have some steaks on 😋

-Porridge with soya milk, honey, chopped nuts, banana and cinnamon.
-Two rich tea biscuits and a coffee with almond milk (at a baby group).
-Soreen Apple mini loaf thing and a can of Pepsi max.

  • Two sausages, two crumpets, two scrambled eggs and a grilled beef tomato.
  • Two Mrs Crimbles maccaroons.

...Not doing well on the sugar front today! Have also eaten much more wheat than I usually would too. For dinner we’re having edamame pasta with a tomato and veggie sauce (will make something quick) and the rest of the sausages from a big packet - they are naice gf ones.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with spinach through them, a tomato and 1 round of multiseed toast, a large caramel latte

Snack: crisps

Dinner: beef burrito

I generally low carb, so today I'd a couple of sausages left over from yeserday for brunch and then a beef stir fry for dinner, and a small glass of rose wine when I made it, that'll be me for the day. Not so great, should have had more, but there was plenty of veg in the stir fry.

Breakfast was Greek yogurt with plums, raspberries and pear.

Lunch was a bowl of homemade root vegetable and barley soup.

Supper is going to be Mexican baked chicken with homemade guacamole, cucumber and green salad. I’ve got some local soft cheese to finish with some celery sticks to put it on.

Mine has been shocking. I had a bacon roll for breakfast, a Mexican baguette, a pack of fake pom bears and an apple turnover for lunch, some fizzy cola and cherry cola bottles for a snack and burger and chips for tea.

Porridge made with 50g oats, skimmed milk and cinnamon

Cupcake at work (homemade, would have been rude not to!)

Prawn crystal rolls and salt and vinegar pop chips- cheeky Waitrose lunch run

Banana

Dinner will be Wetherspoons, probably 5 bean chilli

And maybe some ice cream later.

Cream cheese and cucumber roll for lunch
Coconut mocha for snack
Out for dinner so Masala dosa, okra and a coke if I was home would have been lentil loaf and potato salad and normal salad

Small bowl of Bircher with almond milk. Plus bowl of melon. Coffee

2 decaf coffees

Lunch was huge salad, plain chicken breast, half a large avodaxo and few mouthfuls of kimchi.
2 apples
Bowl of blueberries

Def cappaccinl in coffee shop

Dinner
Loads of steamed veg (and I do mean loads! Broccoli, cauliflower, courgette, carrots and Brussels sprouts) with soy sauce and wasabi
2 apples
Bowl of blueberries
1 decaf coffee
1 fruit tea

Before bed I will have a pot of kefir quark (like Greek yoghurt) mixed with Bircher and a couple of 10 cal jelly pots

Breakfast was avocado on sourdough and two cups of peppermint tea

Snack was a mini banana soreen bar (nicked from the kids’ lunchbox supplies!) a banana and another peppermint tea

Lunch was soup made within the veggies and roast chicken we had leftover from a roast dinner

Dinner will be fishcake and broccoli

Not good:
Hot chocolate (well that's got sugar and chocolate in, both of which are grown, so must be part of my 5 a day surely?)
Ham and red onion wrap with salad. (actually I'm not sure what came over me, I'm not usually that healthy)
With a can of cola (maybe that came over me Grin. Actually isn't the cola bean a thing? So yes, that's another of my 5 a day)
Biscuits and cheese. (With another of my 5 a day drinks. I'm enjoying it so who cares?)

Afternoon - mini (tiny) lemon tart (Bon something brand)
Tea - Oven baked cod, baby new potatoes, peas, sweet corn & salad
About to eat a very sticky Florentine from Sainsburys.
