I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Oh I do love a good food thread, they really are my favourite!

B- Special k with blueberries & full fat milk

L- beans on toast with grated cheese and a bowl of salad. 1/2 an apple, orange and banana as dc had the other half

D- is going to be chicken in a spicy tomato sauce with peppers and courgette with wild rice
A glass or 2 of cava

Hardly eaten anything as been glossing paintwork all day so I've had a corner beef pasty now I'm eating king prawns in breadcrumbs with chilli mayo

Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch - homemade lentil soup with bacon and wholemeal roll

Dinner - spag Bol without spag, just a slice of bread.

Snacks - this insane brownie/cookie cake I baked with DS1 yesterday. I just keep picking bits. It's ridiculously amazing.

Breakfast was ready brek (don't ask!)
Lunch was scrambled eggs and baked beans on one slice of toast
I had just over half a dairy caramel bar for a snack
Dinner is home made cottage pie with broccoli and carrots

I had my 'work is shit today' lunch from the local cafe.

Hog roast melt, it is the best sandwich ever created. Roast pork, apple sauce, stuffing, cheese. All toasted till caramelized and gooey and served with a chunk.of crackling.

Breakfast - large chunk of chocolate brownie leftover from teenagers party at the weekend

Lunch - toasted bagel with Philadelphia

Snack - flat white and biscotti

Dinner - spinach and ricotta pasta

Vanilla protein shake with almond milk
Tbsp peanut butter
2 tomatoes with olive oil and apple cider vinegar
3 falafel with fresh garlic in 2tsp mayo
Pecan pie naked bar
1 decaf coffee, lots of decaf teas, 1 peppermint tea & water

Got the lurgy so it's a picky day

Notsohorriblehistory yea. It's not my normal daily diet really but I don't feel very well today at all and the thought of actually making and eating a meal, even a quick sandwich or something, is unbearable. Tomorrow I'll be back to normal!

Brekkie - crumpets with lemon curd (that might have gin in it...)
Lunch - M&S beef torpedo roll, crisps, and chocolate chip shortbread
Pre-dinner - gin
Dinner - a ruddy great pizza
Last day of my holidays, so I'm going out in style Grin. Tomorrow I go back onto the straight and narrow as I seem to have acquired a few spare (tractor) tyres about my person.
I find I have absolutely no willpower to eat anything in moderation - so if I have a pack a biscuits, I eat them. All. Cake - scoffed in one sitting. But if I have to go shopping with a list, and don't deviate from it, then I'm OK. Of course it probably helps there is no-one else in the house so I only have to buy for myself and there's no-one else to torture me by eating things I shouldn't....

My diets been really poor recently BlushI eat healthy meals, but loads of bad stuff in between. Can feel myself putting on weight, but not got the motivation to do anything about it.

Today I've eaten a slice of toast for breakfast, then a bowl of sweet potato fries for lunch. Got home about 3, I was starving so ate a bowl of granola, banana and yogurt, followed by a bowl of apple pie and cream! For dinner I'm having veggie sausages and roast veg, so pretty good, but I know I'll be craving sugar later.

Terrible day. Early gym session.

B- 2 pints of water and 1 coffee.

L-3 crackerbreads with laughing cow cheese spread and a strawberry activia yoghurt

S- Milky bar.

Dinner will be a tin of tuna as I'm only in the door and can't be bothered to go to the shops. Tomorrow will be better.

I've eaten a lot!
Was awake at 2.30 with insomnia (again) and had a bowl of porridge at 4, don't normally eat early but I was taking painkillers and felt hungry.

Snack mid morning was a big fat flapjack.

Lunch was chicken wraps X2.

Tea was a veggie burger on a brioche bun with cheese and red onion and cheesy chips from Tesco.

Currently in bed with a big bag of Malteser buttons Blush and drank loads of Yorkshire tea and Diet Coke.

I'm due on and am ravenous.

Have been cooking for most of today , which tends to stop me actually eating .

Have however eaten some toast and marmite for breakfast , and had beef stew and dumplings just now .

Large bowl of cornflakes mixed with gluten free cereal (made from sprouted black bean and rice flour apparently) with berries, almond butter and almond milk

A ciabatta roll with avocado, hummus, tomatoes and salad leaves with balsamic dressing

A small but calorific raw cake made mostly from nuts (and maple syrup...)

Small salmon fillet and quinoa with green veg

Coffee
Tea

Probably a slice of rye bread toast with jam or marmite and another cup of tea to come.

A banana and a skinny latte

Scrambled egg mixed with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and 1/2 tin of baked beans

A little cupcake DS made yesterday

Fennel, lemon and prawn risotto (and now wanting some chocolate)

A small bowl of squash soup with a slice of bread (it's dinner for later when DH gets home - i was 'testing' it Wink)
2 squares of mint chocolate

Later i'll have more soup and bread and some red wine Wine
