I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Today I've had marmite on toast, a chicken bake from greggs, a bag of frazzles, a Mars bar, and apple and a small bowl of cornflakes.

So embarrassing to write that down!

Dinner with be pesto pasta and rocket salad.

B: bacon sandwich and OJ.

L: tuna mayo sandwich and some celebrations

Snack: oatcakes and garlic and herb cheese

D: chicken and ham filo pie and jacket potato and GIN

Might be taking the feed a cold mantra to extremes...!

Breakfast I had a diet shake, lunch was a treat and had chicken strips and chips from wimpy and tonight will have homemade pie and mash but I only pick at the pastry on the pie and eat the filling with mash and I have a strawberry desert thing I didn't eat the weekend. Bad day for me today.

I have had a breakfast baguette , some biscuits , leftover mac and cheese and will have chicken and chips for tea.

Tomorrow will be less beige 🙈

Coffee
Half an apple (I did pick it off a tree, does that make it healthier) shared it with child.
A mini cucumber.
Some almonds.

I’m hoping I’ll get some dinner later. Steak and salad I reckon.

2 wholwmeal toast with lots of real butter and pate
Packet of crisps
Cheese (I eat about 500g of cheese a week) not good
I'm having paella at 7pm

I don't crave sweet things usually. I used to eat well.....ho hum.

Breakfast was espresso a plum and a tangerine
Lunch was salad grilled prawns and some barbecue pork with a handful of chips
Tonight will probably be fish with salad or veg

I am full of cold and feel rubbish so not eating that well.
Breakfast was Weetabix crunchy bran with berries and skimmed milk
Lunch was a beef pho pot (reduces in Sainsbury’s). It had fresh beef/ veg/ noodles though
Snack - easy peeler, hot chocolate (options), 2 dark choc digestives
Dinner will be leftover roast beef, roasties, carrot and swede mash and cauliflower cheese, followed by a sliver of leftover HM lemon cheesecake

B-Coffee (early busy start at work so no time, sat in a child protection meeting with a rumbling stomach was not good)
L-Crustless Quiche with a huge salad (beetroot, lettuce, cucumber)
D-Chicken curry with pilau rice

I'm not a snacker but I really want the huge slice of apple and blackberry cake somebody mentioned!

Done the best I could today at least I squeezed in some fruit and a tomato . . . And there's real strawberry juice in Haribo, right?

Not a bad day but not a great one either!
Breakfast was a piece of toast with jam
Lunch was chicken strips, wedges and salad
Dinner will either be veggie chilli or salmon and some roasted vegetables - waiting to see what DH fancies when he gets home. There's also a twirl in my work bag calling to me...

Porridge for breakfast.
Sweet potato and slow roast lamb for lunch (left overs)
Apple for a snack
Egg, chips and peas for tea.
So not haute cuisine.

Breakfast: Ricotta pancakes and berries (I know that sounds super wanky but they're really quick and easy)
Lunch: Chicken and salad sandwich on granary bread, banana
Dinner: Chicken and veg (onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, stock) currently in the oven, will be served with rice.

May have some more fruit or a bit of choc later.

Lunch - a banana and satsuma
Snack - Tea with too many bourbons
Dinner - 2x homemade spicy kebab burgers

Still peckish so will have a potato spud with lots of cheese later.

Porridge with added wheat bran and fresh brambles and bilberries.
Home made spicy courgette, potato and onion soup, with a slice of tongue and small wedge of cheese
Home made salmon, cod and shellfish curry, with broccoli, sliced banana and brown basmati rice.
Two Guylian chocolates and one shortbread biscuit.
So far...!

Nothing.
Two coffees.
I’m severely disabled with no care.
Not much appetite and overweight with meds and enforced inactivity.

I just turned on the oven, against doctor’s orders not to attempt cooking- I’m gonna try to make Fray Bentos pie with mixed veg without cutting or burning myself....

B - 0% Greek yogurt with granola
L - baked potato and SW pulled pork
T - beef liver and salad
Snacks - rice cake and a bit of leftover cupcake, grapes.

Breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 rashers of bacon, 3 mushrooms and one slice of toast. Cup of green tea.

Lunch - ham salad with a squirt of mayo sandwich on wholemeal. An apple and 2 satsumas.

Dinner- Shepard’s pie, 1 Yorkshire pud.

Cup of tea and a biscuit.
