I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

  • roasted veg salad with quinoa
  • small bowl of tuna pasta bake

One raspberry yogurt, and one medium sized banana for brekkie. (8am.)

One egg custard and a cereal bar for lunch. (midday.)

One sixth of a Marguerita pizza, (Around 50 grams,) with chopped lettuce, cucumber, and tomato, and 2 slices of garlic bread for dinner. (6.30pm)

Porridge, blueberries and honey, tea
Apple, water
Tea, 2 squares of Lindt 70% dark choc
Shakshuka with chorizo, rhubarb drink, 2 slices bread
Tea, viennese finger biscuits
Baked sweet potato, 2 lamb chops, spinach, alcohol free beer

B: Frittata with broccoli and kale with avocado
S: homemade cacao and date protein ball
L: veggie goulash with side of spinach salad
S: 2 finger sized bits of celery with almond butter
D:white fish, kale, mixed beans, brown rice and quinoa. w, salsa.

Lost 3kgs eating like this after 8 days.

1 x poached egg on 1/2 piece of toast
1/2 protein shake after 1hr of PT
1 x cup of soup & 1/2 bread roll
1 x roasted chicken thigh , 1/2 cup of leeks & 2 new potatoes
2 x glasses of white wine

Breakfast / brunch: Quiche, rocket with dressing, a handful of crisps & a banana. I ate quite late so it was more like lunch!
Lunch / tea: ham & lentil soup
Dinner: quorn burgers with brown rolls & veg

Snacks: none

Breakfast - porridge with raspberries
Lunch - omelette with smoked salmon and spinach
Dinner - meatballs with spaghetti.
Snacks - nakd bar and pineapple

Eggs and army on toast leftovers for lunch - middle eastern lamb mince dish
smoked butternut chilli with toast for dinner with red wine.

B- Crunchy nut clusters (so moreish) coffee

L- chicken salad sandwich, chilli multigrain crisp things, mini Oreo

Snack, pack of wotsits the dc didn’t want, a low cal jelly

D- sweet potato & chickpea curry with rice

Breakfast - coffee milk sugar, 2x pain(pains?) au lait
Supper - black bean burrito with cheese
Followed by half a very cheesy pizza

Leftovers for lunch - Huevos Rotas with black pudding and cabbage and 4 small bags of walkers cheese and onion - I felt a bit sick after this!
Dinner Spicy minced lamb with fennel, chilli and tomato - with peas and rice and lots of red wine!

L- 2 fried egg on toast with a couple of slices of ham as well.

D- home made pizza with mushroom, chilli and peppers. 3 glasses of white wine

Breakfast - Bucket loads of coffee

Lunch - more coffee and a slice of toast

Dinner - Oven roasted Kale, vine tomatoes and chicken breast

Snacks - A slice of cake

Have a newborn so eating food currently is a little challenging!
