Man's not hot.

Grimbles · 23/07/2018 20:09

Have you heard of occams razor?

GeorgieTheGorgeousGoat · 23/07/2018 20:09

Usually shoplifters according to PC DH!

WinkysTeatowel · 23/07/2018 20:10

People are weird, saw a guy in a puffer jacket yesterday!

Lottapianos · 23/07/2018 20:10

Are you in London by any chance? On the hottest day of the year, you are guaranteed to see at least one person in a puffy coat Shock and on the most bone chilling day in January, you will see someone in sandals Hmm I have no explanation!

Mousefunky · 23/07/2018 20:10

A friend of mine is allergic to the sun. I thought she was bullshitting when she first told me till the blazing sun came out one day, caught her off guard and she came out in a painful rash all over her body. She has to cover up. Maybe not to the extent of a winter coat but she always has to suffer outside in a jacket of kinds.

delphguelph · 23/07/2018 20:11

Maybe they just arrived

Clionba · 23/07/2018 20:12

It's women in black leggings or opaque tights that get me. I'm sweating just looking at them!

ForalltheSaints · 23/07/2018 20:12

Are they people just back from somewhere less warm? Or homeless people?

Mymouthgetsmeintrouble · 23/07/2018 20:12

They are about to go on public transport so need to cultivate some extra smelly bo ready for the journey

Racecardriver · 23/07/2018 20:12

Maybe they are forgein? In a lit of places 33 isn't that hot especially if there is a breeze so a light coat may be in order.

Metoodear · 23/07/2018 20:13

I was sweating from my lady garden today so I just don’t understand it’s not cold not breezy but full on winter coats

I'm usually based in the ME so it's still cooler than I'm used to - today I was wearing g a long sleeve thick jersey top and long trousers and was quite comfortable. I haven't gone so far as a coat in daytime though!

proudestofmums · 23/07/2018 20:14

Would it be less surprising if they weren’t separate? (smiley face - dont know how to add one)

BearPear · 23/07/2018 20:15

I saw at least 4 people in quilted parkas on my lunch break today, with fur-trimmed hoods, the works! Mainly between the ages of 12-25. Very odd.

CloudCaptain · 23/07/2018 20:15

Tourists from somewhere hotter? My weird friend wears a silver raincoat to 'reflect' the heat.

wildgirls · 23/07/2018 20:17

Urgh! I was in New York recently where it was absolutely sweltering and it actually made me want to cry seeing people walking around in jeans and JUMPERS!!!! Confused

Metoodear · 23/07/2018 20:18

BearPear

Can’t get the snowflakes to put coats on when it’s cold though Grin

gottastopeatingchocolate · 23/07/2018 20:18

Chemo can make you feel cold even when it's not. There could be all sorts of reasons... live and let live.

bigbluebus · 23/07/2018 20:18

DS has been wearing his fleece jacket zipped right up - but he works in a cold store and it takes him a while to warm up when he comes out of work. He may be wearing a thick coat too when he leaves work but definitely takes that off before he gets in the car.

GoldenWombat · 23/07/2018 20:19

I live in a country that is currently 44 degrees heat and (depending on how much air con has been blasting) will occasionally wear a jumper outside at 40! When I visit UK, 33 seems like Spring!!

luckycat007 · 23/07/2018 20:19

Might have body dysmorphia / ED and feel uncomfortable with lighter clothes on. I'd agree with @gotta - live and let live.

Liffydee · 23/07/2018 20:23

Maybe heroin addicts. It screws with your body temperature.

Rebecca36 · 23/07/2018 20:25

They had nothing on underneath! They donned the coats to travel a short distance to a destination which when, once reached, would lead to them immediately discarding their coats

Annamadrigal · 23/07/2018 20:31

@OkMaybeNot 🤣🤣🤣
