Would you tell your friend to get lost?

Me and 2 friends are going for a weekend away,staying in quite a nice hotel.
We are driving down in friends car.
I packed a small suitcase (the smallest size ) and 15 mins ago she texts saying "can't bring a case,boot has alcohol in etc so we are taking a small hold-all...I said I haven't got one and we are leaving at 7 am in the morning.
She replied use carrier bags?????
I said no.
Why tell me this late when there's nothing I can do
Would you be annoyed ?

I would just use carrier bags and look forward to a girly weekend!!

How big is your suitcase? How much alcohol is she taking? Cant you put the suitcase at the bottom and alcohol on top!?

She's taking 3 crates of cans .
I wouldn't of minded if she said earlier today and I could of bought a small bag.
Maybe I'm being over sensitive

Tote bags ruck sacks...no one cares what you take. Or just pretend and try to squeeze it in

I don't understand why what you take your clothes in is so important to you.

Just take carrier bags.

She has 2 car seats in the back and then il be sat in the back and 2 friends up front

I'm annoyed because they've left it till the last minute to say ..it always feels like I get the raw end of the deal in every situation tbh ..I think this has just been the icing on the cake.

You need a weekend bag from Primark or a large carrier bag or rucksack.

It's no biggie. Plus it's her car so you should not tell her to get lost or she may leave you behind.

YANBU, there's absolutely no way I'd be taking carrier bags.

If it's just three of you in the car can't you just chuck the suitcase in the back?

Last week we all went out,rather than take car seats out someone had to get in the boot ..that was me.
Weekend before had to go to the pubs they want to go too..
Borrow money never pay it back ..
It just feels like they think they can say whatever to me and il just do it...
They both went out today and bought a bag specifically ..yet tell me at 9.30 pm when it's too late to go out and get one.

Could I ask the obvious as to why you are going to a 'nice hotel' and arriving with 3 crates of beer? Are you having some sort of party in your room or something?
