Which ones your preference/ why?

It's the kitchen that will be the selling point in the first one, it also seems 'bigger' from the photos, but I didnt look at room sizes so maybe a better photographer! Why do you ask OP?

We are selling one of them and wanted to know opinions!

An extra £16, 500 for a nicer kitchen. No, not worth it.

Especially since one of them is end terrace and has a much nicer garden.

I like number 1, it's lovely and bright.

If I were looking I'd be going for no 2. Kitchen in no 3 looks pokey and the rooms are a bit cold.

No 1 has a narrow garden and the extra money is just the kitchen.

I agree with Sagethyme , loved the kitchen in first one.
But I preferred the feel of the third house, I could picture myself living there!
The garden steps put me off the 2nd one, but nothing you could do about that!

I choose the end terrace

The first one looks much better to me. You could move straight in and has a nice big kitchen.

As a buyer I would pick number 2 - more privacy, better garden. It needs work but nothing drastic. Prefer end of terrace or semi to being mid terrace.

I think the kitchen looks dark in property 1, it's lovely but I don't like the conservatory wrapped around it.

Number 3 is nicely done out but I prefer a kitchen diner to a galley kitchen.

The first one is better presented internally, the question is would it cost 15 k to get the other two up to the same standard, probably not. In addition I think that second two are prettier from the outside, more kerb appeal.

I think on balance if I had the extra 15 k I'd probably buy the end of terrace and do it up.

No, I would prefer to buy one of the cheaper ones and choose the kitchen/ bathroom myself. First house has no room for a dining table and six stools squashed around the breakfast bar wouldn't suit me (not sure if the dresser unit is built in or freestanding)

No.1 has an open plan kitchen which makes it look and probably feel bigger. It's the same size as number 2 I think but number 3 is smaller because it doesn't have a conservatory.
As for the price difference, number 1 has an advantage when selling because of the large kitchen - is it worth an extra 16K? I don't think so but a buyer may pay it if they don't want to do the work (knocking wall down/ refitting house 2's kitchen).
House 3 is smaller without conservatory so yes this one should be cheaper by 8-10k...

Number 2 is by far the nicest. End terrace, bigger garden. Number one seems overpriced or the other two are underpriced...

The third house looks great, the garden is full of character.

The second house might appeal to me better if it were furnished.

I would go for 2. End of terrace and much better garden.

The neighbour's house on the first one looks a state so that would put me off anyway. Wouldn't pay the extra in any case tbh.

I would wonder why so many houses on the same close are up for sale though!

Number 2 is what I'd go for.

I actually think each one has its good points. The first one has a nice kitchen. The second one is on the end, so probably quieter. I prefer the look of the third one, I think I would choose it over the other two.

They have small yards, which is kind of a bummer.

Ours is the first house.
Take the point of kitchen feeling dark, it does and no natural light due to conservatory (meant to be a window above the sink- builders didn't listen to that request!)
Garden isn't as nice, I agree and the front of our house is littered with neighbours crap. Washing machines and old hovers (has put people off not sure what to do!)
Might consider getting rid of trampoline.
Dresser is free standing. Enough room for 4 seater table with no dresser. Maybe I should take 2 stools away. (Comfortably sits 6 mind!)
Main thing is ours isn't end terraced.
New bathroom fitted this year though and kitchen.
The the other two properties went on after our and have made me think.

House 1 looks lovely, but not an extra £15K worth of lovely.

House 3 I can feel all the redecorating putting me off if I could do the same sort of work in House 2 and get a bigger garden and more privacy, and the kitchen/bathroom be entirely to my own taste.

The first one is the only one I would even consider going for a viewing from the pictures. The others look quite run down.
