I think your house is lovely OP, but do agree you need better photos. Good news is a couple of really minor things will make them look much better.
I get what you are saying about realistic photos, but buying a house is an emotional process as much as logical, and if you can get people to fall in love with your house and envisage themselves living there before they even walk through the door, that's half the battle. And then they're much more likely to overlook any faults. Besides everyone expects RE photos to be an idealised version!
So my advice FWIW (and some of these are really minor, picky things):
Front: move bins for photo, take from angle that doesn't show neighbour's "stuff", put some plants in pots out if you want to spend the money (can take with you)
Kitchen: fix exhaust fan wire and remove bin, pans on wall, towels from oven and a couple of stools for photo.
Living Room: move stuff from under stairs, rehang mirror lower (I don't mind sofa under stairs personally)
Conservatory: clean roof. If you're up for it you could set it up as dining room or sunroom for photos (some people have no imagination)
Bedroom: for photo move stuff off windowsill and cloth from top of drawers
Child's bedroom: for photo move toys off bed, move at least one basket of toys
Back garden: remove trampoline, put slide on lawn, centralise table in paved area, move junk away, do some plants in pots if you want to spend, if possible retake at time of day when garden is in sun.
