I've been on a lot of the TG threads recently and have not seen a single person use the rather offensive phrase in your title.

In fact, it seems to be a very male view that pre-op MtF are "Chicks with Dicks" - the vast majority of MNers who are critical of transactivism are firmly of the opinion that transwomen are a subset of men, not women with additional parts

This thread was started as the OP is "upset" by the discussion on a thread about whether Tara Hudson should be in a male or female prison.

Tara Hudson is trans, and would easily pass as a woman. She has several convictions for assault and a fully functioning penis, which she uses in her job as an escort.

You appear to be posting a thread about a thread, which is against MN rules.

The person in question being described as a "chick with a dick" described themselves online as a pre-op transexual and a shemale, and advertises their services as a transexual prostitute, boasting of the size of her penis. Chick with a dick sounds pretty accurate if the full picture is given.

Before you come bashing onto here, maybe you might want to read things properly and listen to what peoples real concerns are for the welfare of vulnerable women. No one is wishing discrimination on trans people, they are saying that women's rights should not be trampled in the stampede to appear tolerant and politically correct.

As OneFlew says, I have never seen that phrase in use here. In common with many other mumsnetters, I believe trans women are a subset of men, nothing to do with 'chicks'.
