No more biased commentary. No more mention of 1966 for now
They're going home Grin

What a crap attitude.

LST · 20/06/2014 19:30

They're shit and don't deserve it

HKat · 20/06/2014 19:30

Totally agree Bowlersarm.

Lweji · 20/06/2014 19:30

You will still have to put up with one game.

MaryBennett · 20/06/2014 19:31

Could only be happier if the whole thing was over. With that, Wimbledon and the Tour de Yorkshire I have had ENOUGH!

LEMmingaround · 20/06/2014 19:31

I am only glad because I find it too stressful to watch england play. Shame

Mrsjayy · 20/06/2014 19:32

They are embarrassingly awful.
A disgrace.
Glad they're out.

Are they? Ah well....

HappienessIsEggshaped · 20/06/2014 19:35

Don't really think it's a crap attitude, only an England fan would think that so it's a matter of opinion.

OP posts:
Badvoc2 · 20/06/2014 19:35

How many "years of hurt" is it now?....

Bowlersarm · 20/06/2014 19:36

Whatever, OP. Nice attitude, to enjoy people's sadness.

Carry on, though.

HappienessIsEggshaped · 20/06/2014 19:36

MrsJayy, he certainly didn't hang about ditching the Italy top he was wearing Grin

HappienessIsEggshaped · 20/06/2014 19:37

People's sadness? Oh fgs

It's a game, no one died.

Rideronthestorm · 20/06/2014 19:38

Haven't seen any of it but if it means less coverage in the media then I'm glad as well.

Mrsjayy · 20/06/2014 19:38

He was gutted Grin never mind england going home colleen will need to pack all thoses cases again

AuntieStella · 20/06/2014 19:38

Well, there remains a mathematical possibility of continuing.

I thought all along that England wouldn't make it to the knock out rounds. so asI'm usually wrong on sport, perhaps it'll all turn around.

ilovesooty · 20/06/2014 19:38

Yes that's what's usually said by someone with no interest in football.

WhereTheWildlingsAre · 20/06/2014 19:39

I don't mind either way. There's still football on the telly with some fantastic games with really surprise results. I haven't enjoyed a World Cup this much in quite a while.

I never expected England to do well but still support them. But I'll be changing my little flaggy to France now to reflect my sweepstake draw!

Bowlersarm · 20/06/2014 19:39

So it takes someone to die, before someone can feel sad?

ilovesooty · 20/06/2014 19:39

That was to the OP by the way.

HereComesYourMam · 20/06/2014 19:39

I wouldn't say I'm happy, but I am kind of relieved. It's just too painful. Much more enjoyable watching other games where you're not so emotionally invested.

expatinscotland · 20/06/2014 19:40

Glad we don't have to hear about it anymore. It's not news.
