It’s being reported that Virginia Roberts Giuffre has died by suicide.

I hope Prince Andrew’s shady supporters won’t try to make hay from this. They’ve been revolting recently about her evident trauma.

Such a shame, all that she overcame and spoke out so bravely.

Has something new come up about this lady? I am just wondering why the thread has been revitalised, it seemed to fade out in April. Funnily enough she crossed my mind yesterday but I don't think I've heard anything on the news.

Interesting. I think the children will get Virginia's money, or most of it anyway, in view of all she said.

I've no wish to pore over the poor woman's life and death but would be interested to read her husband's side of the story. He has kept very quiet so far but I'd be surprised if he didn't have any approaches from journalists.

Has her cause of death been confirmed?

Really beyond sad.

All I can find is that she died of suicide.

Maybe there will be an inquest?

Poor lady was traumatised from the abuse and the fight to expose them.
I didn't think that we'll ever know what happened to her.

I doubt it would be stated so categorically that she died from suicide if she didn't. There may have been an inquest, it did happen in April. We don't know how she did it, one presumes overdose but there's no point in speculating.

Her husband was arrested multiple times for assaulting her.

Oh no, I didn't know that. I'd never really considered people squabbling over her money before either.

Where did you read that? I googled and there is no evidence of that at all. She did say he had assaulted her but they separated two years before her death.
