Who would you like to see replace Greg(G)

Just that really. As it seems rather obvious he won’t be darkening the doors of MasterChef again - who would you like to see replace him (or maybe replace both him and John).

I've just been watching a few Masterchef clips on You Tube where women are talking through all the inappropriate crap that Gregg Wallace was saying and doing off-camera. It seems pretty clear that John Torode was there as he's visible in the background, possibly the chefs as well (though I can't tell which which ones).

Presumably the 'investigation' will look at this?

Having said that, there were supposedly previous examinations of Wallace's behaviour and alleged tellings-off, so perhaps Wallace's co-presenters thought it had been properly dealt with, and gone as far as it was going to go? The culture sounds rotten and very unfairly pro-Wallace.

I cannot see how JT can stay and the show retain any credibility. He was working side by side with eggg for a couple of decades.

As was Monica, Monica must go.

I've never really watched the professional version regularly with Monica (and Marcus or does he get a free pass?)?. When I've seen it GW seemed less of a dominant factor on screen - no idea if that was the reality or simply more diluted with three judges.

If Galetti and Waring stood by during the same behaviours then yes they have the same questions to answer. All the Masterchef complaints I've seen relate to the amateur or celeb versions. Not sure if I've just missed them, if there were less problems or if professional contestants felt less able to complain about the behaviour (in which case the other judges definitely have some explaining to do).

Please don't choose Andy Peters either. Mind you I will not be watching anyway!!

I'm actually thinking of the presenters on sewing bee and best home cook, I think a couple of them would work.

Joe Lycett or Kiell Smith-Bynoe or Claudia Anne Irena Winkleman.

Well Snoop Dog says he wants the gig. Yes I'm serious:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-14170355/Snoop-Dogg-Gregg-Wallaces-Master-Chef-Gordon-Ramsey-pitch.html

This is the same Snoop Dog is is known for his recent appearance at the Paris Olympics closing ceremony which featured him surrounded by scantily clad young women gyrating. This somewhat contrasted with the Olympics themselves which had sort to promote women sport and athletes heavily (well except for in the boxing). It was somewhat criticised on here as being dated and incredibly sexist.

I am not convinced that Snoop is going to tick all the boxes for the BBC with it's target market. I remain unconvinced about how successful his pitch for Egg's job will be.

Snoop Dogg reveals he is gunning for Gregg Wallace's Master Chef gig

The legendary American rapper, 53, said he is 'not playing' when it comes to food and claimed he has even given Gordon a few cooking tips over the years, according to the Mirror.
