Just that really. As it seems rather obvious he won’t be darkening the doors of MasterChef again - who would you like to see replace him (or maybe replace both him and John).

He and Greggggg could compare their penis based TV antics - so that’s a no.

I used to really like Kate Botley but she was on a show with Si and Dave (or it may have been James martin) and was just so shouty and non-stop talky that it out me right off.

I think a previous winner would be a great choice. They could then have a professionals winner presenting on that programme, and a regular masterchef winner on the regular and celebrity versions of Masterchef.

Failing the above, I think Andi Oliver would be a great choice.

I’d love it if Monica Gelletti left - I know she’s talented, but I really can’t stand her and don’t anyone in real life who likes her either, I only see the love for her online.

I also like Nadiya, but unless they adapt the programme slightly I don’t think they would be able to have her judging the food on account of following a halal diet.

Maybe they could ask that no one uses pork or cooks with alcohol, and only uses halal meat, but I see this as unlikely to happen. Nadiya could of course not taste the dishes that would be haram for her, and just feedback on the appearance, but this would represent equal judging for all contestants.

I'm not sure Si King has the necessary sharp edge you need to be able to tell someone their dish is truly awful.

I think John Torode should go too. Raymond Blanc used to do a program and often featured one of his chefs - Adam (Johnson)?. So someone new in one sense, but has some TV experience. A lot of the well known chefs are probably too busy. No to Kirsty Walk, Grace Dent, Nadiya Hussain, Kirstie Allsop. Fern Britton or Andi Oliver are good suggestions.

On the Professionals keep Marcus (although I preferred Michel Roux) & Monica - I don't think they even need a "Gregg" there, but if they decide they do then Jay Rayner as a food critic would fit the "professional" slant of the show.

I think Michel Roux left because he was too busy but, now that The Gavroche has closed, maybe he's got time?

They need to change the presenters and the whole format. It's so fucking boring having the same thing over and over. Have it more like the international masterchefs with mystery boxes, eliminations etc. Guest chefs as well.

Grace dent and si king for me, they’d be a fab double act. Grace dent is very watchable as she’s a bit out there, and si is very down to earth. They’d be comedy gold.

John and Lisa will be making a play for it, but I really hope they don’t do that, they are dull as dishwater together,

There’s a nice young man who cooks in a greenhouse on Instagram who does a bit of TV work. I think he’d be refreshing!

Jimi Famurewa, I think he'd be perfect .. he knows his stuff and comes over as really nice and approachable in the critics rounds .
