morrisons is the best supermarket

Freshest food/best quality, more variety, more affordable, best hot food and salad, best in shopping experience, best checkout, best/most expensive looking marketing, best bags, best cafe, arguably best checkouts, the best range is far superior to anything else sold by other supermarkets or other private brands and its the best value too

Is that you Ken? (From the other side)

Moier · 06/09/2024 20:55

Oh l don't like morrisons.
Well mainly the staff.
Not just my local one but others.
They are grumpy and no patience and sometimes nasty.
Plus the food is more expensive than Sainsbury's.

Neveranynamesleft · 06/09/2024 20:56

How much were you paid for that...😀

NuffSaidSam · 06/09/2024 20:56

No. No it's not.

Jammedchakra · 06/09/2024 20:57

It’s the best online one out of the big standard offerings

Enough4me · 06/09/2024 20:57

No way. Near me Lidl, Aldi & M&S are best ones and Tesco is ok.

Kinneddar · 06/09/2024 20:57

Are Morrisons paying for this advert?

What a random thread

Simonjt · 06/09/2024 20:58

Its the best for people warching

FrancisSeaton · 06/09/2024 20:58

It's really expensive I find
I do however love the cheese and ham pasta from the salad bar

Isn’t this the same everywhere? It definitely is here in South London

Singleandproud · 06/09/2024 20:59

I like Morrisons, largely the 10% Friends and Family discount I get.

You are wrong about The Best range though, literally the same as other supermarkets premium range they just wrap different packaging around it. Sometimes the wrong supermarkets food gets delivered etc

Sirzy · 06/09/2024 20:59

The couple of Morrisons I have been to locally always seem dirty and just not as appealing to shop in. I will nip in to grab some milk or something if passing but wouldn’t want to do a full shop there

Some things slightly more but 10x more better tasting. Staff issue seems just that particular store. Do you live in a rough area I wonder?

For the record I think it's crap. Used to shop there then their bloody app disappeared my Christmas points. I voted with my feet as I was already dissatisfied with their offering/lack of choice/big standardness.

Love the salad bar.
Spicy chicken pasta 😃

ComeOnThenFanny · 06/09/2024 21:01

I like a lot of the food at my local Morrisons, but as a pp said, the staff are the worst of any supermarket I have ever been to.

Who cares about Christmas points. Look at their delicious rotisserie chickens, their steak wraps their pizza by the metre

I didn't mention about staff. I've never spoke to them to be fair.

Hi, this experience did not happen at "morrisons"

The Morrisons local to me has a bigger Halal meat offering than other meat.

Booths is by far the best near me but not a shop to do your big shop in.

Needmorelego · 06/09/2024 21:03

I miss the cafe that used to exist in the one where my mother in law lives.
It closed down when covid happened and never reopened.
I also miss the cheese and onion bread rolls they used to sell but don't anymore.
Their fresh sausage rolls are good.
They aren't brilliant enough for me to purposely make a trip to one.

How can you be a regular and have never spoken to any of the staff?

I am not wrong. Have you even tried the best range? What have you tried please?
