Scents that you bizarrely hate!

I’ll go first..

Newspapers and new books are my nemesis! Books are usually manageable but I have genuinely never been able to bring myself to willingly touch a newspaper, I don’t even like being in the same room as them due to the smell🤣 Wish I was joking..

Anyone else have a strange dislike to a smell that would be inoffensive to most other people?

Joss sticks
Air fresheners
Egg sandwiches
Dog and cat smell in people's houses

They smell like damp.

Tea. Makes me feel sick.

Anais anais perfume. It makes me feel sick

A bit niche, but the smell of rabbit cooking. My mum used to make rabbit pie - the pie was delicious but the cooking smell made me feel ill

I thought of one, you know that smell when you open the dishwasher and everything is clean but the glasses get this weird sort of smell. I dont know how to describe it. They're clean. But i hate it.

Men’s Boss aftershave (not sure which one) smells like bad breath.

Truffle oil on any food. I have an incredibly strong sense of smell and it makes me retch

Yes, I hate that. If I'm upstairs and my husband has opened the dishwasher, I can always tell.
