Which constituency do overseas voters vote in?
Where they last lived? Or is there a separate place their votes are allotted to?

They will then be able to vote by proxy, with one proxy voter able to vote on behalf of as many as four overseas voters.

Yes - I am not sure how this matches with their concerns about electoral fraud and voter ID.
