This happened last night but I'm still mildly appalled with myself.

I was in bed, kissed DH goodnight, laid my head down on the pillow and felt a pleasing jolt of anticipation for the next day. I couldn't think why for a moment, then realised that it was because Amazon was delivering my new loo brush today.

I'm only 36. Surely this is as boring as I'll get?

I’m really excited about my new shower drain cover arriving- good times.

This has made me laugh far more than it should do.

I got a loo brush from the TikTok shop, it’s actually a bit revolutionary 🤣

@Mumoftwo1312 I use puppy training pads loads cheaper and brill! I remember the excitement when I saw how much they were and then further excitement the next morning when DD had leaked and that the pads had worked 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

I love all the things on here, I've looked forward to so many of them. A dear friend of mine struggles with depression and meaning of life stuff and I sit there wondering what's happened between these two humans to make them so different, that i can be happy because I'm going to eat something nice but totally ordinary.

I’ve just ordered a new planner. If that wasn’t exciting enough, it has a separate bit each week to write out a shopping list!

I’m annoyed my replacement sealing strip for the shower screen hasn’t arrived. The old one is manky and I’m looking forward to a shiny clean one.

Agree entirely, I was delighted to spot some apple blossom scented fabric conditioner. 46. (My age, that is, not price)

My Amazon delivery this evening was a 24 pack of Charmin cardboard free toilet rolls, a knife sharpener, a refillable kitchen oil spray and a flame thrower (kitchen butane burner!).

I'm in my 40s. The next exciting thing in my life is my new mattress arriving in 2 weeks and it can't come quick enough! 😂😀

I've finally ordered a new three compartment laundry basket and am looking forward to it coming 😂 and a new fruit bowl

I am looking forward to rearranging my wardrobe tomorrow. It is a bit crowded so am going to have a clear out and tidy up my folded things. Once I have done that I will randomly open the doors during the day to look at how lovely it is.

Ooh now this would definitely make me very happy. I love a declutter or two.

DP and I got back from walking the dog and noticed a few houses on our street had put their glass bins out. We both let out an excited “ooh!” at the same time. 😂

Ooo, three compartments you say? Would you care to share a link? I like to separate my washing into darks, lights and whites and have only seen two-compartment models before.

We got a new hoover just before Christmas- in the Amazon sale. Not only was it 60% off but the carpets have come up like brand new. Filled the 'dust cup' entirely on the first go of the lounge/diner. The old one was obviously just pretending it worked for a good while- the useless bastard- it's at the tip now.

I can't wait to get my new toilet seat!

DH and I are both VERY excited that the recycling bin is going tomorrow. I've had three conversations about it with different colleagues today 😂

DH bought me a window bird feeder today so I'm excited to see what the birds make of it tomorrow.

When I got my shark, I went over the carpets THREE times. I nearly passed out with excitement while shouting “HAVE YOU SEEN THIS?!” and waving the dust compartment in DH’s face.

My new tumble dryer arrived this week. I've had to bite my tongue not to talk about it at work.

I'm really excited about going to bed tonight. I had two firm pillows arrive earlier and I can't wait to try them out...
