It is. But not in the eyes of the EDL who like to glom onto anything to do with the armed forces/poppies/remembrance. This time they have the backing of the Home Secretary, which must be tremendously exciting for them.
The trouble is, though, that it makes their little brains hurt when they realise that it means supporting someone brown, and a woman at that. Still, nothing that a bit of gratuitous violence and vandalism won't sort out, I expect.
