I’m not watching and it’s the association with Russell brand that’s done it. He was on it recently so channel 4 still liked him then.

I've long despised Noel Fielding. I'm glad there'll be a few others who don't find him thoroughly charming this year too.

Noel fielding isn’t funny and that spoon thing of his… surprised no contestant hasn’t thrown the thing in the bin. He just seems to want to actively annoy and interrupt the poor contestants.

I’m assuming that the OP is referring to when all the rumours were swirling about who was going to be implicated in the Dispatches programme, NF’s name was mentioned.

That said, NF was not implicated in the programme and as far as I am aware no evidence against him has been presented. To date it’s nothing but social media gossip.

I wasn't trying to be cryptic! I genuinely thought everyone would know because of all the publicity. Fielding is a long term friend of Brand's and "dated" Bob Geldof's 16 year old daughter when he was in his 30s.

It was common knowledge that NF was mucking around with teenagers when he was in his 30s. It was in the press.

Unless something more comes out similar to RB, then I will still watch. This was 20 odd years ago, I like to think people can change and grow.
