My DD, almost 4, met a little boy today at holiday club named 'Feelings'.
She chatted about him all the way home - what she played with Feelings, what Feelings said, etc.
After some confusion I worked out that her new friend's name was in fact FELIX.
Has anyone else had a child rename a friend like this?!

There's been quite a few lol but the one that sticks out most is Salt. I'm like there's no way there's a kid named Salt 😂 but she was very insistent. I was too embarrassed to ask the nursery. Used to talk about him a lot.

One day I seen something on the app that mentioned a few of the kids names and it turned out she meant Sol 😆

Ginegar. I’m still not sure what the actual name was but I think it may have been Jennifer
And another Jennifer who became a friend - her name was reported as being Fur (that one stuck as a nickname)

My daughter went through a stage of calling herself Chloe when she was around 3 (she was very insistent) when we went off to a camp with my friend and her daughter she called her Jane. Neither are remotely like their actual names but we still frequently refer to them as Chloe and Jane. They're now 9 and 7.

DD1 when she started preschool last year at 3 kept talking about what I thought were twins called Lee and Laura. DD1’s always had excellent speech, so I couldn’t understand why she kept referring to them as ‘she’.

It was one girl called Leonora.
