I just ate two time out wafers, which I really like, but I'd love one of the old two fingered Time Outs that had the later of twirl type chocolate in the middle.

I loved a Spira too. And a Galaxy Liaison.

Any other chocolate bars you miss and could eat right now

Texan bars (really showing my age here)

maybelou · 07/06/2021 12:18

When the 'new' Willy Wonka film came out they did a range of the chocolate bars from the movie and one of them was called something like a Chocolate Fudgemallow Delight - I would literally kill a man for another one of those Grin

Mingles.i dream about mingles

SeraphinaDombegh · 07/06/2021 12:22

Fuse bars. I flipping loved them. Still don't understand why they discontinued them!

Amdone123 · 07/06/2021 12:24

Ah, Mingles were lovely, as were Texan bars.
I miss Nutty bars. I've always loved nutty things ; thank god, Starbars are still going strong 💪

cheeseismydownfall · 07/06/2021 12:31

Can anyone remember something that had five or six individual dark chocolates filled with a strawberry (or could have been raspberry) filling, that were packaged up to be the same size and shape as a normal chocolate bar? I think the wrapper was mainly blue. Would have been in the 80s I guess. They were delicious!

CassTheFox · 07/06/2021 12:34

Maverick Bars 😋 loved a Fuse too!

Georgieporgie29 · 07/06/2021 12:42

Spira, Flyte, Drifter. In order of their last existence (I think).

Secrets were lush. I also loved spiras.

Buggerthebotox · 07/06/2021 12:54

I was also going to say the bar with the different colouredcreamy filling in dark chocolate. I think it was Fry's?.

Haven't seen a Star Bar for ages either. Or a Walnut Whip, thinking about it. Hmm

ElderMillennial · 07/06/2021 12:55

I haven't heard of loads of these

You can still get Fry's?

I recognise the name Mingles but can't think what they were

Pyramint and Secret.
I was just about to say exactly the same! nobody ever remembers Pyramint but I blooming loved them, and my mum always used to put a Secret bar in the top dresser drawer for me to find.

I miss Cadbury Bar Six and Terry's Waifa (especially the plain chocolate one).

They still sell Frys Chocolate Cream bars in B&M Bargains and Home Bargains. Usually in packs of 3. I buy the mint ones but OH prefers the raspberry. The "discount" supermarkets usually have a much better range of chocolate bars than the likes of Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury etc.
Saucery · 07/06/2021 13:00

Gambit. Dark, milk then white chocolate in layered squares.

CatrinVennastin · 07/06/2021 13:03

@Saucery

Yes! That was our Friday night treat growing up.

Picklypickles · 07/06/2021 13:07

Wispa Bite, a Wispa with a layer of caramel and little bits of biscuit at the top! Also Spira's. It's really, really hard to find dark chocolate Bounty's now too, I've not seen any in any of the usual supermarkets in years but randomly found some at a vintage fairground attraction recently!

biteysaurus · 07/06/2021 13:09

Spira and Fuse!!!
And Secret too. I miss them so much.

EBearhug · 07/06/2021 13:11

I don't think you can get the Fry's five fruits one, but you can get plain fondant, peppermint, orange and raspberry, if you shop in the right places.
