Mine is (Jam For) World In Action. A very powerful and thought-provoking piece that suited the nature of the programme perfectly.

I quite liked Barnacle Bill from Blue Peter before the Mike Oldfield arrangement displaced it. A pleasant, jolly hockey sticks kind of number.

@rogerthatoverout oh my god that reminds me when I used to watch this when I was about 3. I used to sob at the end of each episode when he went away. My mum had to stop me watching it in the end because I would be inconsolable
