HRH Sodding Kitten’s pussy portal was fitted to the back door today. We are hoping he’ll stop miaowing to be let out once he gets the hang of it.

DC still have cricket training next week. Most years it would have ended last week.

I went to yoga at lunchtime and it was raining when I came out. But I enjoyed my cycle ride home in the rain.

My supermarket delivery arrived. The driver had a little trouble finding my flat but got here in the end.

I had to take a pair of jeans back to the shop today, too short. I found the longer length ones in the shop and counted it as a little bit of happiness.

I ordered high waisted jeggings from m and s and when they arrived the label says high rise.

Not sure if it's the same thing

DCs have their swimming lessons tomorrow and I've just done a Tesco shopping for Wednesday.

It was my day off today, I had to go in for Manual Handling training.

I ordered something last Friday week (so 10 days ago now) and it hasn't arrived. I filled in an online form about it last Thursday and got a letter today to say they're looking into it.

Have just been out on the balcony and sharply ordered two cats on the grass below us to take their fight somewhere else unless they want a large quantity of water chucked in their direction. One has legged it at top speed. The second one is now sitting on the grass looking malevolent.

I'm really tired so I've come up to bed before my DH.

I had a day off today and slept in, then had toast and tea for breakfast. About to put on a load of laundry but I think I'll make another cuppa first. We're all going out for ice cream later because the rest of the week is supposed to be rainy and a bit dull. Trying to decide if I should bring in my two struggling succulents from my sunny deck.

I saw a lovely William Morris print cushion in John Lewis today and nearly bought it. But it was £60 which is a bit steep for one cushion so I put it back.

I was going to cut the grass today but it rained so I couldn't. Just as well really because my green bin is full, luckily it gets emptied tomorrow.

I broke a nail in work today and now can’t find my nail file.

Made meatballs tonight for the first time ever, when I say made I opened a pack and poured on a sauce.

DH has finished his text so I am going to bed now.

This morning my dear dog was limping. He’s now not.

Bad news: I took four library books back to the library today but made a very silly mistake and accidentally packed one of my own Kate Atkinson books instead of a similar-looking library book by the same author. You can imagine my confusion! And now there will be a late return fine due on it.

I made the last post on the other thread and it was quite satisfying.

I half fell off my bike and gave myself a large purple bruise on my lower belly.
