Spicy Nik Naks are not mentioned in the first post, therefore they must be banned and anyone who eats one DIES horribly as they deserve.

Sockyarn it's a pleasant mizzle here, nicer than heat to run in - just back.

Anyway DH won't be eating them. The main outcome of his A&E trip is he needs to cut down on salt, alcohol and stress. So no more multiple bags if crisps and glasses of wine in the evening.

It's a bit of a relief as all the crunching was putting me off The Salisbury Murders - Nik Naks are particularly bad btw.

Oh I love mizzle for a run. Was explaining this to DC2 on our run the other morning.

Showers here too, I can hear on the skylight windows. Not sure what quality of rain it is, as still in bed.

I kept on at school until the bitter end. I was helping out on the Tuesday after the social distancing and isolating with symptoms announcement and the attendance immediately plummeted by a third. There was a stunt bike display on the Wednesday that carried on as normal, we were all sat outside in the drizzle for that-Covid safe However assemblies and extra curriculars were dropped to reduce mixing. DS1 was very anxious from Feb, lots of hair chewing and "tummy aches" every day. He eased out after a couple of weeks at home. It's setting back to real life that will be the challenge, but it's one reason why we've got out and about as much as possible.

I bought the kids a multipack of spicy nik-naks from the village shop and the little freaks branded them “gross”.

Enjoying Scottish summer here and nipped out this morning to retrieve my wheelie bins and get the garden table back in its feet.

I was confused then, I'm back to my usual purple and not being OP green. It was my new normal

So no more multiple bags if crisps and glasses of wine in the evening.

My kids also stayed at school until they closed.

I'm grateful to DD1's school for staying open until they were ordered to close and sending out clear plans for next year the day after guidelines were released.

While some Heads are still saying there's not enough time to plan

Like seriously, if you can't plan to get your school back in three months, maybe you need to resign because you are clearly shite at your job.

I ate so much dip (with crisps) over the weekend. I have put on at least 10lbs over lockdown despite my free NHS membership of slimming world. My Consultant has pretty much given up with the encouraging messages every time I tell her I've gained again!
