Very worrying. I was just nearby on my lunch break and nearly got mown down by 5 police vans absolutely hurtling towards London Bridge. Hope that whatever it was/is hasn’t affected anyone but the suspect.

Yes I heard on the BBC6music news there were reports of a fight and gun shots but few details around the incident.

Apparently there was a man who was being attacked/fought off by several others. This man was subsequently shot by police according to the independent. Why do people have to be like this?

Horrific. My heart sank when I heard this. I hope that no one other than the attacker has been killed or seriously wounded. Poor people just going about their business, and not harming anyone and this happens again. The public who restrained him and the police were incredibly brave.
