I'd have been bringing in a vat of humble pie and plunging their bloody faces in it, something akin to a Bushtucker Trial. How dare they completely refuse to listen to you? The Seafour Tour gang are well behind you and fab - how big is your hospital car park?

Oh gosh i have just caught up with this thread. I have no words. I am furious on your behalf.

Sea, PLEASE (or if you can't, get thefabulousspa to do it), insist that they bleep your lovely consultant.
If they refuse, get thefabulousspa to ring the hospital's main number and ask them to bleep him. If asked why, she will need to lie if necessary and say she has the consultants permission, then ask for his mercy once you get hold of him.

Bloody hell @Seafour. What is wrong with these people? Hoping things are gradually improving for you, and you are listened to in your remaining days in hospital, but most of all I hope you are gradually feeling less pain and discomfort over the next few days, even if we're only talking fractional degrees.

Am so sorry to read of the latest debacle, I am lost for words at the incompetence and superiority complexes you are having to battle. Cheers to *thefabulouspa'. Yes, the frost hasn't left all day in South Cumbria. Dh on Santa duty again with Rotary tonight; called at our dd's house in his outfit and her lurcher was very confused as he recognised the voice but not the red suit and profuse white beard! Sending you good wishes for a peaceful nights sleep.

My short term memory has been totally fucked by the Zomorph and subsequent loss of consciousness so please excuse any posts that don't make complete sense/make me sound batshit crazy.

Here in London we are having a full-on game Christmas for the in laws so they get to experience the full joy of a 4 year old with presents. Tomorrow will be fake Christmas Eve so we will be cheering your good health 🍷🍷🍷

Seafour, you continue to be the bravest person I've ever come across. I'm so sorry it's been so hard.

We've been to my in-laws this evening to exchange gifts, as we're away for Christmas. On the way back we drove down a street that is totally lit up with Christmas lights, it was lovely.

Oh my, what a time you've had. For future reference, one end of zomorph caps are clear and they're filled with tiny beige granules.

Tonight was our carol concert. It's in the hall we practice in, only a small hall. I have never seen it so full, we ran out of chairs. We played a mixture of carols and pieces, and it was lovely. It's blooming cold outside and I expect there will be a frost again.

Sending you a gentle hug from the bus, hugs are excellent medicine in their own way.

We dont need a one on the bus- we will be getting an excellent catering company in on Christmas day for the perfect meal individually tailored to our every whim of course!

And more importantly.... To do the washing up afterwards!
