We've been through this thread this morning as we were concerned about the tone it had suddenly taken last night.
As you know, we can never truly vouch for any user with complete certainty. We simply have no way of proving they are who they say they are. However, we have had a very thorough look behind the scenes in this case and, while we can't say too much, we can say that from all the information we have access to, we are as satisfied as we can ever be that the OP is genuine.
We can see there have been some concerns about HCPs being identifiable. Again, we've had a look and we can't see that that is the case, but if you have seen posts that you think do identify any professionals in real life and portray them in a negative way too, please do report the posts in question to us and we will happily take another look at that.
Could we ask everyone to remember that, regardless of what they think about the OP's tone and the content of her posts, she did begin this thread to find (and also give) support, so we'd ask people to post kindly.
