Which Oodie Original should I buy?
There are around 100 Oodie prints to choose from and settling on one is almost like choosing a tattoo. It’s going to be part of your sofa-day wardrobe for a while, so pick one you’ll still be happy to pull on after the novelty has worn off. It’s not quite permanent, of course, but you don’t want to spend the winter wishing you’d chosen a different design.
There are hundreds to browse, from licensed favourites such as Hello Kitty, Harry Potter and Pokémon to playful prints featuring things like avocados, sloths and Christmas cookies. If a specific TV show has been a favourite for years, I’d choose that one. If you’d rather have something a little less character-led, look through the classic colours and patterns too. You can go for something warm and classy in moss green or sage or be more girly in blush pink.
Will Oodie prices change during Black Friday?
Oodie deals normally start appearing at the beginning of November, although the timing and prices can vary. If you’re not in a hurry, add your favourite design to your basket and keep an eye on it as the offers arrive. The price may come down, or stay much the same, so check the final price before you buy. Adding it to your basket won’t secure the price or stock, so you do need to be prepared for it to sell out if you play the waiting game.
Oodie has run a £1 promotion in previous years, but there’s no confirmation yet that it’ll return in 2026. The £1 sale is a good chance to pick up a classic design, while keeping an eye out for a separate offer on your favourite character.
What is the Oodie £1 sale?
For the past few years, Oodie has priced selected products at £1 for a limited time. When they sell out, the promotion ends so you'll need to be fast if it returns in 2026.
In 2025, Oodie advertised a limited number of Grey Oodie Originals for £1 through a special offer for newsletter subscribers, while stocks lasted. It's worth signing up to the Oodie newsletter as well as returning to this article, which I'll update when there's more news about the date and promotional items.
Note that delivery charges did still apply last year, but it was still a mega saving on a full-price £65 grey Oodie Original.
