Kenwood Ladies Pond Authoritarians

The handmaidens at The Ladies Pond just can’t help themselves. A woman wears a swimming costume which expresses an opinion which contravenes their ludicrous trans ideology and they actually want to know if she can be prevented from wearing it. They think they’re the good guys but they are authoritarians enforcing a men’s sexual rights movement.
No dearies, you can’t stop this woman from wearing her cool swimming costume just because you don’t like it.

Back when I was at school we knew that men with fetishes were just that - not women. Seems like some people would do well to go back to school to learn some basic biology.

I think they really are, I mean the actual handmaidens are ideologues and they are both true believers and incessant virtue signallers, but there are many nice women who just can’t bear to investigate this issue because it seems a bit mean.

I know. Imagine getting so worked up over a top someone is wearing abd skiing if you should report it. Just like being in year 9 isn’t it?

It is fascinating when someone who thinks a thread not important takes the time to post on it…

I would say that a space like the ladies pond which is women only yet has men attending against the recent SC judgement and of course against the law confirmed by that judgement…

is very important and interesting…

It doesn’t surprise me she used the Obama quote ‘be cool be kind’. Didn’t he introduce guidance that said a student’s gender identity should be treated as their sex under Title IX - allowing any male student entrance to the toilets and changing rooms of girls.

I think the screenshot has been flagged as sensitive but this is from the KLPA Facebook group which bans TERFs.

person 1: Today, whilst enjoying an early morning swim I felt so uncomfortable to see a woman wearing a top with a massive anti-trans slogan as she made her way into the pond. Personally I love the fact that the pond is trans inclusive and this hostile message left me even as a cis woman feeling tremendously uneasy. I hope any trans woman reading this realises so many of us welcome the inclusive, joyful atmosphere of the ladies pond.

and wasn't sure on what sort of response I might get but on reflection I felt it was worth mentioning here, and realise perhaps I should have said something at the time...

Wearing aggro tops to the pond is so not cool. It's a place of tranquility. What an unnecessarily nasty thing to do. In the words of President Obama: Be cool, be kind
