I don’t think they could find otherwise. According to Australian law he is a woman. According to Australian law he was discriminated against by not being allowed access to a service for women. The court has to apply the law. The fact that the law is a harebrained ass is outside the court’s remit.

Tickle is a man. He can get any number of people to lie in court, any number of politicians and judges to make fools of themselves by pretending not to see what's obvious. He was born, he lives, and he will die a man.

Next step is women wont be legally permitted to say “no” to men on other apps. If on a dating app Roxy wants to date women.. they will be forced to meet with him in order to have that lovely phrase “educate themselves”….

Absolutely. Back in the day, the creepy old perv would have been clocked as a wrong-un and a potential offender, and removed pronto. And this would have been seen as right and proper by all concerned, including the police. A sensible precaution to protect women.

But now, the Australian state is aiding and abetting him in his abuse.
