Secondary School Policy Updates post KCSIE 2026 with regard to single sex spaces, trans identifying children etc - have you seen any?

Half curious, half it supports my case in Brighton - has anyone seen any at all anywhere?

It shall be interesting to see if the record keeping transfer to Education Health Care Plans and local authorities records. Currently the EHCP documents are automatically changed to state the identified gender (not biological sex) and name changes. Without a Deed Poll or GRC being provided, following a request from parent or school/college.

That is brilliant and accurately reflects the law and proper safeguarding of all children.

When you see something like that you just think 'how on earth did it ever become so complicated?' but of course there were some very determined adults trying to make something simple and straightforward for safeguarding very complicated.
