I came across this youtube video about business, its by Tanya De Grunwuld who was ? is in HR and worked to promote DEI in businesses in the past.
I'm not looking for a discussion I just think her videos are interesting,

Yes, I have been listening to her podcast. Certainly paints HR in a poor light. They really seem to have lost their way.

Yes she's great, covers the gender issue in the context of the work world, and has had very good interviewees. She's attended events with Maya and is very much one of us.

I should have titled this changes in the workplace /Tanya’s videos have really lifted my spirits - I never thought common sense would prevail but things are changing - the creeps are being called out

I love the idea that given a choice between Pride and the World Cup, which to support and put money into was a bit of a no-brainer for the big corporations.
