Did she say Gillick? Sorry, can't listen until later. She's out of date if so as I seem to recall it's called Fraser now as Victoria Gillick decided she didn't want her name attached to the case. Could be wrong, though.

HW said that we don't have an age for medical consent in th UK and then when talking about Gillick she said a 16 year old would probably be able to consent under Gillick. That's not correct as a 16 year old is legally presumed to have capacity to consent and wouldn't need Gillick

I actually find it difficult to watch Webberley, her patronising tone, mannerisms and all round bad faith dishonest style of debate just make me want to switch off. She is an evil cunt who should be in prison.
