There's nothing anyone could do to a Battenberg to convince me to eat it. Unless you replaced the marzipan with the chocolate.

And change the cake to chocolate,too.

Lynsay Watson is a trans-IDing man who was a police constable until dismissed for gross misconduct in 2023. He is very fond of suing people, mostly unsuccessfully it seems, so much so that he may be close to being told to Oh Just Go Away Will You! by the legal system, I think they call it being a 'vexatious litigant' or something like that.

I would be interested to know what this matter was about .
Are there any consequences for repeated vexatious complainants ? because this man seems to make a lifestyle/lifes work of unsubstantiated complaints that waste police time and put innocent people through stressful time consuming ordeals with absolute impunity....
