I've been keeping my Tunnock's tea cakes in the fridge to stop them melting, but I haven't tried freezing them. I'll need to invest in some more dark chocolate ones and see how they compare. Tunnock's choc ice sounds amazing.

Dunno about snoballs (coconut is the Devils Dandruff) but Teacakes, particularly the dark chocolate variety, are good from the freezer. Makes them easier to handle on hot days - the marshmallow but is still pleasingly gooey but a bit more al dente
