It's a shame, but if they want to play in that division I guess they'll have to. My suggestion would be to recruit the youngest eligible boy and hopefully they can knock any burgeoning misogyny on the head.
Or, and I'm not sure about chess's views on the matter, a transman..... that might satisfy everyone!
