Instead, Burnham has kept his head down because he wants to maintain his "nice guy" image, and so the problems rumble on and grow.

I imagine these are exactly the "members of our community" that Simon Blake was thinking about when he made his latest statement in Stonewall's website. These kinds of activists cannot be contained in pleasant little rainbow boxes.

If they really wanted to make a statement they could have had transmen actually at the conference, even the odious Whittle. It’s not as if they wouldn’t qualify. Instead it’ll be the usual band of male agitators and their dysfunctional hangers on out the front of the building screeching at any woman brave enough to walk past. But we know full well that they don’t give even a seconds thought to transmen, because they’re female and therefore unimportant.

There's nothing wrong in being misled by social media and nothing wrong in asking MNHQ to delete the image. Surely it's the mature thing to do?

What does appear to be good news is that for all the threats and whining, there appear to be 8? people & a couple of flags trying to silence women. With Steph producing a very self centred leaflet about his alleged "advocacy for women" - the larger demo photographed appears to be about Palestine?

And even if the turn out at Liverpool to today was smaller, it is still bullying endorsed by Labour, even if only its silence.

There was never going to be a major demonstration - there doesn't need to be. The unions have all spoken and the overwhelming narrative is not one of a successful conference. And I'm afraid the groups inside aren't helping themselves by claiming it's 'standing room only' next to pictures of a tiny room and empty chairs. This has become a major problem for us - there is no need to lie or be outrageously hateful.

You need to get a grip. A handful of people standing outside in silence is not bullying. Genuine question - how on earth do you cope in every day life?
