Regarding this person, I get the sense that Mumsnetters in general don’t really buy into the trans women thing. That it’s considered just self indulgent and narcissistic men seeking attention with no idea what the lived experience of women is actually like. Is this correct? I’m asking because I really don’t know what to think about trans people. Are they truly women trapped in men’s bodies or just men who like playing dress up?

The whole thing is fucking disgusting and the people who complain about kink shaming and how we shouldn’t ‘yuk others yum’ should be made to look at the grim reality of what they’re ever so kindly supporting. It’s not cool or trendy to try to protect children, or ‘crotch goblins’ as the people who spout be kind often refer to them as although i’m not sure what’s kind about calling a child a crotch goblin or exposing them to predators like this. But FFS get a sense of social responsibility and denounce this degenerate shite or at least don’t defend it.
