For as long as I can remember, I have known I am a girl. That certainty is as instinctive as knowing I am right-handed. It is difficult to explain to someone who has never been transgender or loved someone who is, but I have never lived this way to gain an advantage or take something from someone else. You don't instinctively know your right-handed, nor did he just decide he was going to be right-handed, it became self evident when he started to learn to write.
It's also self evident he's a male, and therefore a boy, he also sounds jealous of his sister, because she is what he can't be. I hope she's not living in a toxic environment because she was unlucky enough to have pathetically useless parents. Human beings cannot change sex. There is NO medical and/or surgical treatment that can change someone’s sex. You can make a facsimile of a penis or vagina, but they will not work like a real penis or vagina. Real vaginas do not need douching to keep them clean, dilating to stop them healing up, and do not smell of faeces (when faux vaginas are made of colon, that smells).

A male skeleton will always look male, ditto a female one. Chromosomes do not change, nor does your DNA. There is no such thing as a female brain. Liking pink, frilly skirts, make up etc does not make you a woman. Wing biologically female is the only thing that makes one a woman.

There are other explanations that make infinitely more sense to me than male and female souls who get trapped in a wrong sex body, an explanation even trans rights activists don’t bother with now.

Cis is only used really when discussing trans issues, to make clear which sex you were assigned at birth. Because it's relevant to your individual gender journey.
