Because the response to the reporting the below atrocities is 'I don't like the guy who arranged the report' and 'far-right'.

A baby was abused and had cigarettes stubbed out on it while the mother was forced to watch; the baby was then killed.
Girls were set on fire.
Girls were sent to “red rooms” to be tortured, some of them killed, some of it livestreamed.
One girl was raped by a dog while men bet on whether it would vaginally or anally rape her.
Girls were forced to have abortions with knitting needles.
Glass bottles, keys, baseball bats, and other objects were forced inside them, some shattering.
Girls were gang-raped by dozens of men at a time in “party houses.”
Girls were whipped, hung upside down, suffocated, and urinated on.
Girls as young as 5 or 6 were tied up and abused.
Girls were locked in dog cages.
Girls were branded with an “M” for Muhammad.Girls were threatened with being killed and fed to pigs.
Girls were mocked for wearing a crucifix during the rapes.

And that’s all beyond terrible. Your comment about nuking the UK was out of line though.

Why do you want to nuke the UK ?

I would love to know why my non offensive, factual post comparing murder data between right wing extremists and Islamic extremists has been deleted?

You could message @mnhq and ask them.

Someone probably reported it and they deleted it without reading the thread to get any context into why you posted it.

He is doing something with it, he is showing it to the world. Now the world must do its part and act accordingly.

I'm not sure if you want that. I'm not from the UK and read the report and came here and read this discussion and all I really want to do is nuke the UK.

What the fuck??

If you've read the exchanges on this thread and your main thought is that you need to tell me off, that's your judgment.

You know something of my background. You know that I will speak without fear or favour about abuse of women in different organisations or subsets of society.

You will not shame me into saying that Sammy Woodhouse consorting with literal fascists is no big deal. It undermines all the valuable advocacy she has done.

Nor will you shame me into taking a knee for the Lowebots who have smeared me on this thread.

You've been around a long time. You're better than that.

Lowe bots … come on!

People can think this is an important report without being called names.

Most of us have pointed out we don’t have any affinity with Lowe or Restore - nevertheless we think this report is important. I wish someone else had commissioned it from a mainstream political party but they didn’t!

He is doing something with it, he is showing it to the world. Now the world must do its part and act accordingly. Rupert is one man, fighting against a system that appears to protect violent perpetrators and ignore victims, some of whom didn’t survive their ordeals.

By the way, he does have published “next steps” he wants official collaborators to be prosecuted, he wants convicted rapists deported along with family members who condoned their actions by looking the other way.

Simply put, he wants justice that is thirty odd years overdue. Surely even you can not argue with that.?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 18/06/2026 00:03

That’s a weird metaphor. Surely if we were “balls deep” that implies that’s what the country has enthusiastically chosen, and if so, your protest is unlikely to have much effect.

YourAmplePlumPoster · 17/06/2026 23:59

On the one hand you have people trying to come to the UK on dinghies risking their lives and on the other you have people of immigrant stock with a UK passport, breaking the law and behaving very badly. Do they realise that it is a privilege to have a UK passport and live in a country like this, whatever its faults? I also saw a middle class student protester the other day proclaiming that we are "balls deep in a fascist state." Yes dear. Try living in an actual Fascist state. So tired of all this.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 17/06/2026 23:58

I can see you’re offended that I think the way some left wing people have behaved over this issue is - shock horror - worse. So I stand by my statement that he cares about these girls at least as much if not more than many on the left who could not give less of a fuck whether they receive justice or have their stories heard, because it’s inconvenient. You are free to disagree, obvs.

Nine2five · 17/06/2026 23:56

“Do I think Rupert Lowe would have originally been as keen if the perpetrators had been England football fans rather than Pakistani males? No, I think he started this for divisive reasons“

What a ridiculous argument. Firstly there are no English football gangs going about raping many thousands of young girls. Secondly, if there were, they would have been arrested immediately and locked up for such crimes.

In the case of Pakistani Muslim rape gangs, as we all know, the race card was played over and over and over again. Many guilty men are still walking the streets because they got away with disgusting crimes against children simply because the girls were white and the perpetrators were not. The two tier justice system was at work 30 years ago.

EasternStandard · 17/06/2026 23:29

Yes he can’t do everything. Now people know more who will pick it up?

I hope that every testimony is scrutinised and linked back to whichever child protection agencies, police, local authorities that had any involvement. Will these victims be part of the Beaconport investigation that is reopening the closed cases?

Naming all those individuals and organisations complicit in the abuse will be a start. Everything out in the open no matter how uncomfortable that may be.

Can we reach a point where mainstream news programmes are comfortable reporting on the systemic rape of children by muslim Pakistani men as they do with the historical child abuse by the Roman Catholic church.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 17/06/2026 23:54

Yes, so he’s “exploiting” the issue for political gains in the same way people do across the political spectrum on a whole range of issues, assisted suicide and Gaza being just two of those.

5128gap · 17/06/2026 23:51

Ereshkigalangcleg · 17/06/2026 23:29

I think it’s silly to think that only people you agree with sincerely believe what they are doing is the right thing to do and only people you disagree with are “exploiting” issues.

Yes indeed that would be silly.
However as I explained in some detail why I don't believe Lowe's motivation is care for the victims, giving examples, I hardly think that applies to me.
I'm sure Lowe does believe he's 'doing the right thing'. The man does not believe the UK should be ethnically and culturally diverse, and no doubt thinks its the right thing to work towards that no longer being the case. I believe he is entirely sincere in this, despite me not agreeing with him.

Shedmistress · 17/06/2026 23:40

I think those who ignored this issue in exchange for votes have much more of an agenda and are exploiting more issues than the writers of this report.

Sadly I don’t have faith in either Labour or Tories or even reform to actually plough on and do the right thing. Restore seems to be the only party with any real interest in justice. The others are protecting their voter base while Rupert is building his. I wonder why that would be!

No, I’m sorry but that’s not what it said.

It says:

  • Publish this Inquiry’s full witness statements. (It has now been published, so that one’s done)
  • Seek out further witness statements so that more victims can tell their story.
  • Name within Parliament those found to have enabled the rape gangs.
  • Continue initiating civil proceedings and private prosecutions where appropriate.
  • It will be updated as and when we learn more about the most horrific blight on our national story.

I absolutely wouldn’t argue with justice, you’re right, but actually there’s very little of that in the report.

EasternStandard · 17/06/2026 23:34

ChestnutSquash · 17/06/2026 23:32

We have had all the information for decades. The problem has been the denial, the silencing, the corruption, the cover up. Everyone who raised the alarm was ignored, threatened, sacked, slandered. One father who entered a property to rescue his daughter was arrested.
I sometimes feel no amount of investigation, reporting, exposing, evidence will ever be enough.

And I was quite specifically talking about these girls, not VAWG as a whole. So no need to claim I said something I didn’t.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 17/06/2026 23:30

As I said, many on the left were quite happy for no one to be able to raise it, for decades. So that’s why I conclude differently to you.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 17/06/2026 23:29

5128gap · 17/06/2026 23:18

I think anyone unmoved by the survivors stories would need to be made of stone.
However, its perfectly clear that Lowe's interest lies in the perpetrators, specifically their ethnicity and religion, as this, not care for victims of rape and pedophilia, is the purpose and thrust of the report.
This is why he chooses only to blame immigration and ignore the other social issues that compounded their victimhood, such as parental neglect and abuse, as illustrated by the harrowing account of the rapes of the child 'Chloe' by her uncle and mother's partner, in her own home, which led her to escape to the town centre where she was targeted.
Lowe is enraged by the fact that the rapists of white girls were Pakistani Muslim men.
I'm unaware of any care shown by him for women, working class children or rape survivors in general from which to conclude he cares as much if not more than "many on the left" about female victims of male atrocities against them.

I think it’s silly to think that only people you agree with sincerely believe what they are doing is the right thing to do and only people you disagree with are “exploiting” issues.

I think it’s perfectly sensible to be interested in next steps, surely that’s the point?

I don’t think anyone thinks it’s right to gather all of this information and then do nothing with it.

It is helpful to actually look at the inquiry and address if/where it has limitations, because hopefully one with less of them would be more useful.

I remain convinced that an inquiry with a previously stated predetermined outcome, that doesn’t actually say what it’s intended to, and claims guesses are facts, does have limitations. Limitations that are unhelpful to the overall point of getting the victims help, and taking steps to make the changes that are needed.
